1 /5 Mallori Gilpatrick: This wingstop takes the cake for the slowest service in history. Also very small If you plan on eating before for lunch is over; order a hour early. Took 45 mins to get food they said would take 20 mins

2 /5 johnny Shinnaberry: When and only when everything is correct the food is good. Ill never go in person again and Ill only order from door dash from them because if they mess something up I can get my money back pretty instantaneously. Ive been to this location since 2022 with my friends as it was a regular spot for us until recently. The workers and management have zero respect for human life. Its like everyone who sets foot in there is instantly made out to be a nail in their shoe. Ordering in person is terrible, ordering on the phone is terrible, they practically throw the bag at you, the cooks take their sweetest time doing everything including back to back cigarette breaks. If they do something wrong its not "oh lets fix it" its will give you your money back but were done helping you. I dont know of many restaurants I can reasonably say making six pieces of chicken wings takes an hour but they somehow are top of the list. You can go to Texas Roadhouse order, eat a appetizer, and your dinner and walk out before this Wingstop makes six wings.

1 /5 R Crochet: Unfortunately I have to give a one. The service is horrible and very unprofessional. Couldn’t tell you about the food cause I could get service to order anything. They saw and chose to ack like was there. Did tell them I need to place a Order and still nothing.

1 /5 terry boquet: They completely messed up my order then refused to take the items back and do it correctly. Spent over 70 dollars. They told me they would refund my wings but not do them again. They did not batter the wings like it was supposed to be. Never eat at this wingstop in thibodaux. They have no clue what they are doing. They even forgot items. If you get veggie stick you get a couple of veggies not even enough for one person, when you are ordering for multiple people. Ordered the fries crispy yet the fries are soggy and stuck together. This is sad, I’d be embarrassed to own that franchise location.

1 /5 Dylan Benoit: I’m extremely disappointed with this Wingstop location. Almost every time we place an order, something is wrong—missing items, incorrect sauces, or wrong wing counts. We’ve learned to double-check everything before leaving, and even then, there are issues. On top of that, the cleanliness of the restaurant is unacceptable. The floors are dirty, the counters are messy, and it just doesn’t feel like a place that prioritizes hygiene or customer service. It’s honestly frustrating to spend money and leave disappointed every single time. This location seriously needs better management and staff training.
