5 /5 Veronica Bridges: G is an amazing bartender! I’ve gone for happy hour when I’m not staying at the hotel. Best drinks if you’re in the Troy area.

4 /5 M Me: Pretty good, all the bartenders are pretty great. Too bad they werent working the front desk, bc the check in guy was rude. The French onion soup is not too good. Its tart like there is vinegar in it. But the drinks made up for it. The spicy chicken sandwich was good.

1 /5 Lucia Williams: Granted we are here for a tournament and the hotel is PACKED and its Thanksgiving Day. They were terribly understaffed, but the one server practically told us it was best if we place a room service order because there were no clean tables available. (There several spots that were really not bad. A simple cleaning rag would have fixed that issue.) I do feel horrible for those who work holidays like this, but the hotel manager knew exactly what was going on this weekend and should have prepared the staff for the influx of guests arriving on a National Holiday. I cant even rate the food, I never got to order. When I went back to our room and I called to place an order, the phone just ran endlessly. My hubby did mention to the front desk how uncomfortable he felt when the server complained about doing her job with foul language. The gentleman at the front desk apologized and gave us some coupons to use next time. Ill come back and review again if we get a chance to actually order food.

3 /5 LokiOfBlades !: I came here on a 2 day trip and while its free breakfast food i wouldnt say that its the best tasting. I tried the food for breakfast both days I was there, Eggs were alright but it tasted like they put Velveeta "cheese" in with the eggs. The potatoes were definitely reheated because they tasted a bit rubbery and lacked in seasoning. The bacon from the Friday I was there was both chewy and somewhat undercooked. The sausage from the Saturday morning was way better than the bacon from the previous morning, but it was still lacking in seasoning. The Danishes they had out for grabs were pretty dense and hard to get through. The nice part of this place was all the juice choices and the Omelette station.

4 /5 Mike: The food was top-notch for a hotel restaurant, the service was horrible for a hotel restaurant. I didnt order a drink however I was only provided with one glass of water. Id consider going back however I wasnt greeted when I arrived.
