Charlies Family Dining - (Near Lincoln Park, MI)

Lorien Spilkin We arrived in Detroit for a wedding and needed to find a place for lunch. We took a chance at looking for a Deli, and we were not disappointed. My husband had the soup and half a sandwich special, and I went for a plain pastrami and corned beef on fresh rye bread. When we sat down they brought us a little bowl of pickles to snack on too. The soup was rather tasty, and it looked like it had fresh homemade noodles. The sandwich was delicious. The corned beef was more salty than the pastrami, and the pastrami did have more fat on it though. It was very good and I would go back. I wish we had a little place like this where we live currently.

Rana Siroosian First time here. We got cheese sticks for the appetizer and it was good. I liked their ranch (it wasn’t the regular ranch I think they made it themselves) My husband ordered all American burger and I got a classic Reuben. The rye bread was absolutely delicious and way different than other places I’ve had before.

David Knight First off, the staff is amazing, and Morgan, our waitress, was outstanding. She went above and beyond. The food was great, and the selection was astounding. We had breakfast and were taken aback by the choices. The facility was clean and provided a friendly feel. The ambiance with the personable staff and good food makes this an outstanding location. A must-try location and a definite do-again.

Rachel Jarrard First time to Kens for breakfast and it was great!! Lots on the menu. I had the Southwest skillet and it was delicious. Eggs Benedict is very popular too. Staff were super attentive and very friendly. We will be going back to try more on the menu!

Nova (Nikko Zopfi) On a vacation trip we decided we wanted breakfast and saw this place. Absolute hidden gem. Our server Brie was excellent on recommendations and the food was tremendous. Even at rush hour we were able to get quick and delicious food. Will definitely be back if were in the area.
