5 /5 Efrem Coaster: Me and my wife went for lunch , we ordered the 3 for me burger deal $10.99 . The burgers was huge, fries was awesome. Our server David was on point with everything, he was Amazing, I’ll never go back to Red Robin’s for there burger deal again, their burger was the size of a white. Castles. I definitely be back to Chili’s again.

1 /5 Debra Taylor: Ordered nachos, first one came out burned. I sent back. Second order was exactly the same! Although they did take them off my bill, my companion had already finished his meal a while ago, so I didn’t reorder, missed lunch. There wasn’t any genuine remorse from staff for giving me 2 burned entrees and having me miss my meal ( was visiting from Canada)

5 /5 Natasha Brookins: Chilis on Plymouth and middlebelt better ever fire the bartender. I cant remember her name, I know she wears the Gucci glasses and is fantastic at making my spirit smile with her drinks, the food is fantastic too especially the southwest egg rolls when I get my triple dipper special. But yall, go try that $6 shark drink that out now and thank me later. Cause 2 is my max messy with her, I love you skills though. Dont sleep in this location.

2 /5 Ella Collier: As you can tell in this picture, my food is red in the middle. I mentioned it to the waitress and she said nothing not even I apologize with you like for me to take it back. By the way she did say this was her first day my friend ordered Was messed up as well. I tried calling Friday. I apologize Saturday to speak to the manager. I was on hold for 5 to 10 minutes. The young lady came back to the phone and stated the manager was still busy and he really didn’t have time to talk. I could either hold on or call back. I decided to look for the complaint list and try this way. I like chilies but very disappointed with the services I got on Thursday matter fact my bill was $82.20. I got the Southwest egg rolls. I purchased three Casamigo margaritas one for me and my friend and I got the mix and match trio, our service name was Ari we were at table 71/1 guest list was 2 The date 3/20/ 2025. The time was 7:43 PM. again, disappointed with the services basically because I feel no one trained this young lady the correct way this is not how this was supposed to havehappen again disappointed
