Daves Hot Chicken - (Near Troy, MI)

5 /5 Donald Lawson: Where to start. The restaurant was clean, well lit, and I was greeted upon entering. The guy that helped me, PD, was super friendly and helpful and seemed generally pumped to sell me some chicken. The reason, because anyone would be proud to serve such hot and delicious food! The flavor amazing, the food hot, fries crispy and seasoned. Slaw and pickles were crunchy and fresh. If I had to choose how I thought Id want my first Daves Hot Chicken experience to go, it would be this. And Pernail D. Will be the reason I buy merch. Loved his shirt and he told me where to find the merch. Great experience 10/10, wish I had one closer, but I will be back!

5 /5 Tristan Fife: 10/10!! The service and food here was amazing! The location was very clean inside (even though it was snowy and salty outside), this was my first time eating at this location as I was traveling. The staff was very friendly and patient as well, my brother and I were checked up on several times by the individual behind the counter. I was even more impressed with the fact that I never saw anyone just standing around while no customers were coming in. Every person in the building was always doing something. Whether it was sweeping the entry way floors, wiping tables, or cleaning counters, everyone was working together! And as customers would come in, they were waited on almost instantly no matter what was going on. I love this franchise and the standard of quality/service that they uphold!

5 /5 Angela Stallworth: I have been hearing about how great the food was here and had to come try it since I was in town. This location was pretty busy, yet we got our food in a timely manner and the staff was very nice. I ordered the mild flavored chicken tenders and a side of cheese fries with a rasberry tea. It was all delicious!! I also love their pickles and signature sauce. The proportions were very big and super filling. Definitely recommend trying and will come back again.

1 /5 Claire: BUYER BEWARE — as soon as I’m done updating this review, I’ll be filing a complaint with Attorney General Dana Nessels office for FALSE ADVERTISING. When I purchased Dave’s large sauce previously, it was fulfilled in my order as pictured, in the large cup as it was advertised and STILL continues to be advertised as, a large cup. Tonight after placing an over $50 order, I spent $9 for three large cups and received these three small cups instead and was told this was corporates change, but they are STILL falsely advertising this as a large cup pictured when it clearly is not a large cup, nor worth $3 as it’s pictured. NEVER AGAIN will I order here and I hope Dana investigates immediately. Shame on you!!!!!!!! Ripping off consumers. I would give this an all 5 star review but unfortunately I can’t, because they got my order wrong. I ordered two slider meal with Mac & cheese instead of fries and they gave me fries (I REALLY didn’t want fries). Now I’m stuck with fries I didn’t want or order. I’ll give it another try sometime but not in a hurry back (the sliders were delicious) but really disappointed. (Proof in photos)
