1 /5 Leena Obeid: Ive had to complain multiple times about receiving burgers that arent cooked as well-done as I ask for. Their response is always just an apology. Even when I make a point to remind them not to overcook my fries and to cook my food thoroughly when I place an order, I still end up with overcooked fries and undercooked burgers. when I call to complain their respond would be " Im sorry"!!! each time my total would be over $40 dollars.
The last time I ordered was 2 or 3 weeks ago, and it was the same issue all over again. I even mentioned that I was thinking of returning the food. However, they told me the kitchen was about to close, so they couldnt take it back. They said someone would call me the next day, but I havent heard anything back from them.
Leaving negative reviews isnt something I like doing, but when the same problem keeps happening, I feel like I have no choice. I used to really enjoy their food, but now Im not sure if Ill give them another try. Its frustrating to keep spending money on food thats not up to par and just ending up throwing it away. I wish I could share more of the pictures Ive taken of the disappointing meals Ive gotten.
Its just sad that they cant seem to get this right, especially considering I used to be a loyal customer. I really hope they can fix this issue because I used to have great experiences with them, and Id love for that to be the case again.
