4 /5 Taspiya: Got the birria tacos, chicken over rice, and Philly cheesesteak. Food was flavorful, simple, and good. Atmosphere was also vibrant, clean, and welcoming. Service was prompt as well which was nice. They are also zabiha verified!! Will be back!

5 /5 Md Islam: Having a taste of New York Citys iconic street food is a must for any foodie, and finding a place that does it justice can be a challenge. I was so excited to try the NYC-style chicken over rice at Flame & Fusion on Hoover road, and Im happy to report that it was a fantastic experience. ​The generous portion of perfectly grilled, tender chicken was piled high on a bed of fragrant, fluffy brown rice. The vibrant, fresh salad was the perfect crunchy contrast, and the drizzle of both the classic white sauce and the fiery red sauce created that signature, mouth-watering look. ​The flavor was spot-on. The chicken was juicy and well-seasoned, cooked with a slight char that added a smoky depth. ​The combination of everything together was exactly a truly authentic taste of NYC. ​The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Its clear that they takes pride in what they do, and it shows in every dish they serve. If youre a fan of NYC street food or just looking for a delicious, satisfying, and flavorful meal, you absolutely have to try their chicken over rice. Its a hidden gem in Michigan, and Ill definitely be back for more!

4 /5 Huss: Flame and Fusion didn’t quite meet the hype—it felt like just another typical gyro or halal spot. I had the rice platter, and while it wasn’t bad, it lacked bold flavor. Service was okay, but it took about 25 minutes to get the food. On the upside, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the place is pretty spacious.

5 /5 Jay Ali: Today was our first time here and it definitely wont be our last. For me everything felt right walking in the door. The place is nice and clean. Very spacious and ample parking. We ordered the loaded naga fries which was probably the best one weve tried after trying 20 other spots. We ordered the chopped cheese was really good. We ordered the nyc mixed with rice and that was very flavorful. We ordered the naga wings which was ok but we prefer it fried than baked. Their burger was mediocre. Their onion rings are good. Their Kati Roll is very good with lots of flavor. Their naga sauce is very special! The customer service was excellent too! Good job Flame & Fusion well see you soon!

2 /5 Nasifa Khan: I was so excited to try the foods. I ordered chicken over rice, gyro, and what it said to be “ east river crunch” burger. On DoorDash, the menu stated that it was fried crispy chicken but when the burger arrived, it was fish. I checked out their instagram and the menu stated that it was fish. I was disappointed in the lack of consistency on the menu, especially since I was looking forward to a crispy chicken burger, not fish.
