4 /5 Jue: Great First Visit – Enjoyable with Minor Improvements Needed** This was our first time visiting this town, recommended by a friend, and we had a great experience overall! The atmosphere was fantastic—a perfect spot to hang out and relax. The only downside was the ongoing construction nearby, which slightly affected the vibe, but without it, the place would’ve been even better. The service was friendly and attentive, and they had a good selection of drinks. The food was delicious, though nothing particularly stood out compared to other similar spots. The main reasons I’m giving a 4-star rating instead of 5 are: 1. **Limited Menu Options** – Many highly recommended dishes we were excited to try weren’t available, which was a bit disappointing. 2. **Good but Not Exceptional Food** – While everything tasted great, nothing truly wowed us or felt unique compared to other restaurants in the area.

5 /5 Rene Jordan Threats: We celebrated our daughter’s 40th birthday and wishing her well as she prepared to relocate to another state! This was our first time at this beautiful restaurant! Our servers were magnificent! The food was delicious and beautifully plated! We must have had all the appetizers and they were succulent and crave worthy! We all ordered a variety of entrees from duck, pot roast, fried fish etc. The atmosphere was amazing! There were other birthdays being celebrated and we connected with each other! We all became family in the restaurant on that evening! It was an incredible experience!

5 /5 Stephanie Johnston: Girls night out. We had reservations but the two of us chose to sit at the bar as there was availability. Despite it being a Saturday night, the restaurant was only about 50% occupied. Both bartenders were very conversational which we loved. Cocktails were lovely. The appetizer could have come with more bread imho. My flank steak was one of the best steaks I’ve had in a very long time. My girlfriend’s shrimp and grits were unfortunately too spicy for her liking. The bread pudding was delicious but I would have liked just a bit more of the sauce with it. Would definitely return to try out other menu items. Street parking is never fun but we did find a decent space.

3 /5 Danyi M: Went for birthday dinner. It was busy and loud but did not wait long for table as we made reservation and requested to sit outside. Their menu is very small and apparently changes often. Ordered crab cakes for starter and after 20 mins of waiting were told they ran out and we replaced with Fried Calamari which was hard and got sent back. Ordered Steak entree which tasted like nothing and Grilled Shrimp with rice. The shrimp that were not overcooked were good and the rice was undercooked and hard in outer plate. Only enjoyed the Paloma cocktail and Cherry Bread Pudding dessert. Probably would return and give another try as it did not appear to be the best day to visit as reviews for restaurant are mostly good.
