Hoda, our server, turned dinner into something special. She patiently walked us through the menu, made thoughtful recommendations, and made us feel genuinely welcomed—as if we were guests, not just customers. Delicious food. Beautiful atmosphere. And service with heart. Thank you, Palm Palace—and especially Hoda—for making our evening memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

5 /5 Shannon Villasenor: Hoda did an excellent job helping us in what we wanted to order.She was very knowledgeable about the menu. We appreciated her. Everything was delicious. The bread fresh out of the oven and the heavenly hummus was so good. Wish I would have taken more photos of the salad and my Tawook meal. It was so good we dug right in.

3 /5 Sha: Palm Palace in Ann Arbor has been one of my go-to Mediterranean spots, and Ive been here multiple times over the years. One thing I absolutely love is their fresh-baked pita - soft, warm, and honestly hard to stop eating once it hits the table. Ive tried a good portion of their menu, especially the chicken dishes. Most of the time everything tastes fresh and flavorful, though Ill say the deboned chicken can be hit or miss, sometimes perfectly cooked, other times a bit dry. The atmosphere is beautiful and lively, making it a great place for both casual meals and celebrations. One of their fun highlights is Hoda, the robot, which delivers food to your table, definitely a hit, especially with kids and first-time visitors. Theres plenty of seating and a huge space, so it works well for all group sizes, from small family dinners to large parties. Service is generally smooth despite how busy it gets, and overall the food usually feels fresh and satisfying. A solid Mediterranean spot with great vibes, fun touches, and reliable favorites, especially if youre dining with a group.

5 /5 Mike Oliveri: Amazing food. We ordered several different plates with shawarma, shish, and more, and all of it was fantastic. Easily the best harisa Ive tried, and while I dont always like baba ganoush, theirs had a terrific smokey flavor. I hope we can return on a future trip.
