Raising Canes Chicken Fingers - Canton Township

Rating: 4 /5
David Malin Jr We stopped in for lunch today and enjoyed our visit. It was quite busy, but the friendly staff quickly took our order and we only waited a few minutes before our food arrived. The chicken tenders, French fries, coleslaw, and bread were delicious. We also enjoyed the excellent unsweetened tea and sweet tea.

Moose First time to try Shawarma House in Westland and the food was tasty. We ordered some shawarma meals with rice, salad and lentil soup, and a beef kofta with fries and salad. Everything was good and tasty especially the kofta and hummus were done perfectly well. 5 stars well deserved.

David Freeman The service was quite nice. Polite, friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Im typically not a soup person but their chicken noodle soup was the best ever. I had the fish and chips and it was quite tasty. The portions were generous and that was served hot.

Lupitas Kitchen - Pontiac

Rating: 4.8 /5
alecsis cornwell I rarely find myself in this part of town, but fate (and a rumbling stomach) led me to Lupitas while I was waiting for someone. A quick Google search pointed me in their direction, and let me tell you, it was a culinary revelation. For a mere $17, I indulged in a trio of delights: street tacos, birria, and a gordita. Lets start with the street tacos – picture tender, juicy meat nestled in warm, pillowy tortillas, each bite bursting with authentic flavor. Then came the birria, a rich, savory stew of slow-cooked meat, so tender it practically melted in my mouth. The consommé, oh, the consommé! Rich and flavorful, perfect for dipping the tacos. And finally, the gordita – a thick, masa pocket filled with savory goodness, the perfect balance of textures and tastes. The flavors were so vibrant, so fresh, so perfectly seasoned. Honestly, this is hands-down the best taco experience Ive had. I live an hour away, but Im already planning my return trip. The drive will be worth every single mile.
