Chad The Western Reserve was an awesome surprise from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, with that classic steakhouse feel but without being stuffy. Their booths are honestly some of the best I have sat in: roomy, comfortable, and perfect for settling in and taking your time over a meal. Our server was friendly, checked on us often, and had great timing with everything, which made the whole visit easy and enjoyable.
We started with the spinach and artichoke dip, and it was one of the better versions I have had. It came out hot and creamy with plenty of flavor and just the right amount of cheese, and the wood fired flatbread it was served with was perfect for dipping. It disappeared from the table fast and set the tone for the rest of the meal.
The highlight of the visit was the Golden Pulled Pork pizza. The crust had great texture, the golden barbecue sauce was sweet and smoky, and the pulled pork was tender and well seasoned. The jalapeño added a nice kick without overpowering anything. Overall, The Western Reserve delivered a really solid experience, and I would definitely come back and order both of those again.
