Ilena V. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolute perfection from start to finish! We attended a private New Year’s Eve event at Batter Up Bistro in Lansing, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The space is absolutely beautiful—so charming, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly well done. It felt warm, elegant, and welcoming the moment we walked in. The staff was so friendly and attentive, and the owners are some of the kindest, most genuinely welcoming people you could ever meet. You can truly feel the care and pride they put into every detail. The food was outstanding. We were served filet mignon and salmon with mashed potatoes and broccolini, and it was mouthwatering. Everything was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. We could not have asked for a better experience or a better way to ring in the New Year. Batter Up Bistro is something special, and we highly recommend it!

M. C. Tom and the Jim Brady’s team have always created and served amazing food for years. My wife and I, however, ate there last night for my birthday and Jim Brady’s new chef has elevated the food to a new level. Exquisite food, great service, superb cocktails; and the new chef possesses a mastery of sauces - the au poivre and the mushroom Marsala are superb! Try the steak au poivre (flatiron steak) with house made frites (fries) with brandy-peppercorn sauce, and the chicken and wild mushroom Marsala!

Ronald Caldwell Went for drinks and food with a great friend at his recommendation. Did not disappoint! The food was excellent and the drinks were on the money. Great after work spot for happy hour or just hanging out with friends and family.

Barb Allen First time here everything was great. Our waiter Lukas was a great, very nice young man. We will be back. Went for taco Tuesday was waiting for a table in the bar area for happy hour. Page was the hostess. When a big group left some other people sat down at the table we were waiting for. We had been waiting 30 minutes. Paige took us to a booth and made sure we got happy hour. Paige is an asset to your restaurant. Not only was she the hostess seating customers, she was bussing tables bringing food out, taking care of carryout orders and doing just about every job there is in a restaurant all with a smile on her face.
