Armadillo - (Near Kingston, NY)

5 /5 Emmanuel Ramos: The experience at Armadillo Bar was positive overall. The food was pretty good, the ambiance was nice, and the servers were professional. A nice touch was the complimentary chips and dips provided. We enjoyed the two steak burrito bowls, finding the serving size decent. My girlfriend particularly liked her drink. The total cost came to $100 for two. The only significant drawback was that parking is hard to find during weekend nights.

5 /5 Aloha O Kona: This is a really great restaurant! The people are so friendly extremely attentive and the food is fantastic. The restaurant is about a 2 minute walk from the Abeel Street Bridge which has phenomenal views of downtown gentrified Kingston. Guadalupe is the owner come say hi!

5 /5 Matt P: Small menu but very good. My best compliment to this restaurant is their margaritas. They are the most genuine margaritas you will find, not some 20 ounce full of fillers and sour mix crap. The margaritas alone are why I still trek up to Armadillos. Their use of radishes in the food is also refreshing and delicious

5 /5 Cookie Deelish: I dont usually write reviews but I was so impressed by this restaurant that I felt obliged to let other people know what they were missing. From our cocktails to dessert everything was top notch ... fresh, delicious, and presented beautifully. The margaritas, both Frozen and straight up were a perfect balance of lime and sweetness with a choice of different salted, sweet or spicy rim flavors. You can also get a flight of three different flavored margaritas including coconut, raspberry, and mango. All were delightful but coconut was the favorite. Our main course of fish tacos and portbella/spinach enchilada was fresh, colorful and delicious served with rice and beans. There are plenty of vegetarian options. The portions are plentiful and the prices are very reasonable. And I cant say enough about the friendly service and staff.... all super friendly and cheery....even the owner Guadalupe came to stop at our table and welcome us to her restaurant with a free dessert of creamy, light, melt in your mouth Key lime pie....save room....YUM! They even welcomed my dog, Goldilocks. What a wonderful find! I will definitely go back there again as often as I can. I had such a lovely evening and even had a conversation with the friendly people at the next table who were regulars. I left with a full belly, a smile on my face and a hug from Guadalupe.

5 /5 Maureen Mulligan: This restaurant was a recommendation and we were very pleased. The food was excellent and the staff were very attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure our meal was exactly how we ordered and even provided us with a dessert to sample. We enjoyed eating outside and the entire experience made our trip to Kingston a special day out.
