Crisol - Cortland

Rating: 4.6 /5
Cassandra Green Crisol is so good it honestly deserves more hype! The Rasta Pasta is unreal… super creamy, perfectly seasoned, and full of flavor. It’s one of those dishes you start thinking about again the next day. And the chicken cutlet? Wow. Crispy, juicy, seasoned just right — literally comfort food done right. The portions are great, the vibe is chill, and everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

Chef Mikes Kitchens and Market - Watertown

Rating: 4.6 /5
Rebecca S In town for a quick weekend visit and we were looking out a spot for a burger. We stopped by one spot, which said they were open late and when we walked through the door we were told they were about to close the kitchen. While we were irritated, it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened. We found Chef Mikes and had a phenomenal meal. Huge portions, fantastic flavor, thick juicy burgers and delicious shakes. The people were great and their pup Lola was a sweet girl. If you are looking to be impressed, stop by!

Starters American Eatery - Monticello

Rating: 4.7 /5
Ken Kartrite doesnt have much eatery around the area but this small pub type restaurant did not disappoint. Dont let the outside of Thai restaurant fool you. Burgers were made with fresh ground beef and very tender. Fried pickle was to die for. Most likely paying less for this 10 min ride to the restaurant than having the junk food at the park. The dining area was not too big and situated a little unique.

Pooles Drive-In - Cortland

Rating: 4.7 /5
Angelica I would definitely recommend stopping here. This place is such an adorably nostalgic little gem. I felt like I walked into an episode of diners, drive-ins, and dives. The regulars and waitstaff were super friendly and accommodating! Luckily we arrived at lunchtime on a Friday so we ordered the Fish fry with Mac & Cheese (Friday only specials). Since we were just in need of a light lunch we split the Fish fry dinner between the 2 of us and still had leftovers! The fish came out fast it was piping hot and smelled delicious and tasted just as good as it smelled! Large portions but very affordable prices (cash only). We will definitely be back when in the area as we had such a delightful experience here. Love the funny signs and great vintage decor - this place is a vibe for sure!
