2 /5 Ashley Wood: To preface this situation, Im not a complainer and Im generally empathetic to those in the service industry. Ive been there and I get it. HOWEVER, our experience to tonight was so bad that I have to say something. My husband and I have been regular customers at Big Sky for the past eight or more years. Generally the service and food are absolutely amazing. Attentive, kind and quick, and a price you cant beat. However, tonight we had the displeasure of one of the worst servers weve literally EVER encountered anywhere. She didnt introduce herself, so I cant even tell you who she was. She was immediately and obviously annoyed at having to do her job. Apparently selling lottery tickets was the priority. When she finally got to our table, she didnt write our order down (immediate red flag), and screwed it up. She then proceeded to blame the kitchen (literally yelling at them from our table). She checked on us maybe twice the whole time we were there (almost two hours) making audible huffing sounds when she came to the table, and continued to behave as if it was an inconvenience to be there. It was awkward and I honestly couldnt wait to get out of there.
*And for the record, I would like to note that they werent "busy" while we were there so that excuse is off of the table. I dont like being mean, but this was a straight up garbage experience from a place that I really love and expect more from.
