American Bounty Restaurant - Hyde Park

Rating: 4.6 /5
Maya Parmeter I had an incredible dinner at American Bounty. Thanks to my friend who is a CIA student, we were able to get the best seats in the house and tour the kitchen after we ate! Everything I had was exceptional! The oysters were extremely fresh, the duck entree paired with a glass of Chaos Theory red wine was amazing and lastly the Dulcey Bar dessert was the perfect ending to the night. The service and atmosphere was also fantastic. If you’re looking for somewhere to go for a special occasion I can’t recommend CIA Restaurants enough!

Hutchs - Buffalo

Rating: 4.5 /5
Katerine Reynolds It was our first visit. Although the prices are a bit high, the food was good and the atmosphere pleasant. The only downside was the parking, as we got confused entering due to the lack of clear signs, especially since it was our first time and the restaurant is on a busy street. The service and food quality were very good overall

Peasant - New York

Brenda Munoz From the moment you walk in to the moment you step out, everything is a wonderful experience. The team, the food, and the ambiance will have you planning your next visit. The only “complaint”, and that’s an exaggeration, was that the calamari al forno wasn’t our fave. It wasn’t bad but the other plates just blew it out of the water The honey nut squash was heavenly and velvety The specials of oxtail and bone marrow were delectable and the rabbit pasta with truffle had my tastebuds dancing

Three Birds Restaurant - Corning

Rating: 4.5 /5
Elizabeth Fitzgerald Wow, what a lovely evening at Three Birds! It was a special occasion for us, and Faith took such good care of us. We ordered a bottle of Laluca Prosecco, the grilled salmon with risotto on the side, and the prime rib which my husband absolutely adored. The ambiance was wonderful, and we would happily return the next time we’re in town!

Lake Ridge Restaurant - Round Lake

Dawn Szurek Excellent dining experience. What a treat! Food was phenomenal. This restaurant is hard to beat, if you want a very pleasant dinner experience. Not rushed, tables are not cramped together. And, did I mention the food is phenomenal!!! This is a winner for a special dining experience.

Ponte Vecchio - Brooklyn

Rating: 4.5 /5
Jaclyn Campis Ponte Vecchio was the perfect place to come back to Brooklyn for the holidays. I came here with my mother, who grew up in Bay Ridge, and it felt like such a special way to celebrate with both great food and great memories. We started with the Lioni burrata with broccoli rabe, baked clams oreganata, and calamari — and every starter was excellent. The burrata was firm and creamy without being overly watery, and the broccoli rabe was perfectly cooked, not bitter at all, and nicely seasoned with garlic and oil. The baked clams and calamari were both delicious, but the marinara served with the calamari really stood out — truly exceptional. For mains, I ordered the pollo caprese, which was tender, juicy, and a very hearty portion. My mom had the veal spiedini, and it was just as satisfying. After all the starters, the portions were so generous that we both ended up taking leftovers home. We finished with dessert — tartufo and what may be the best pistachio ricotta cake I’ve had in a long time. A perfect ending to the meal. Service was attentive without ever feeling overbearing, which made the whole experience even better. Ponte Vecchio is absolutely worth the trip to Brooklyn — for the food, the atmosphere, and the nostalgia. We’ll definitely be back.
