5 /5 sean stod: First off, their staple, the biscuits are so delicious and buttery. Second, the quality is insane! Everything tastes so fresh and comes out fresh off the grill, which I’ll admit causes a bit of a wait, but it is so worth it. For being open just over 2 months, this place is incredible, I can’t wait to see what 2026 brings for this place, and what the full menu looks like (yes, it’s that good during the soft-open!)

5 /5 Hannah Vuozzo: My friend had the Philly the Kid biscuit, and I had a build-your-own with eggs over easy, cheddar cheese, arugula and avocado. We also ordered some banging sabbatots. While the flavours were bold and savoury, quality was a 8/10 as the underside of my avocado was brown. The atmosphere is laid back with casual and quirky decor, complemented by friendly and helpful staff. Newly opened, the team are still learning and perfecting the menu, but I expect Bubbas will be a favourite among both locals and visitors who want comfort food with a twist.

5 /5 Sweet Lil Gabi: For a newly established spot that has yet to even have their grand opening I was super impressed with Bubbas! Their menu selections are absolutely creative, wild, and flavorful! Their staff was friendly, and accommodating. The only real problem is figuring out what to order because it all looks (and tastes) so good! What I will say is dont judge a book by its cover (one reason I hate reviews) If I read someone had an experience that wasnt up to par...I always look to see if they bothered to address the issue before blasting a place online. I see two I believe on here that left unsatisfactory reviews, one admitting it wasnt worth the time to bring it to the owners attention, but found the time to complain online? People are human...this isnt AI, its food service! Mistakes happen...but at least give them a chance to make it right. Weve become a seriously warped society that has forgotten what it is to be human! Anyway...take my review for what its worth just like any other review! Go down and see for yourself! Very fun vibe, great food...as a matter a fact I think I may need a bisquit right now!

5 /5 ricky garsool: I had such an amazing experience here. The biscuits and sabatots were unbelievably good, and the build-your-own biscuits were slapping! I built my own biscuit (BYOB) with a jalapeño cheddar biscuit, mac and cheese, buffalo sauce, fried chicken, banana peppers, and hot sauce, and it was insanely delicious. Every bite was packed with flavor, and all the ingredients worked so well together. You can really tell how much care goes into the food. On top of that, Bubba, the owner, is so fun, welcoming, and full of great energy, which makes the whole experience even better. The atmosphere feels warm and inviting, and the food completely lives up to the hype. I’m so happy I discovered this place and will definitely be coming back. PS: The coloring pages were awesome!
