Cleome Table & Bar - (Near Glens Falls, NY)

5 /5 Theresa St. John: This was a gem to find. I saw it on Facebook feed and thought it was a place I wanted to try. Staff is very friendly and knowlegeable, eager to talk about the sustainability aspects, the local farms they source from. We tried several different dishes and they were all fabulous. I think my favorite was the lobster cheese and macaroni - but everything they brought to the table was very pleasing. If you do not like pate, (me) you need to try theirs. I lovedlovedloved it! Adorable space, very airy and welcoming. Outside dining as well. Will be back with friends, for sure.

4 /5 Douglas Liebig: Drove up from Albany to try this place. The staff were all friendly and helpful with the menu selections. The service was good, though a little slow. Not a big deal, but our drinks showed up after the first two menu items. The squash fritters were tasty. The jalapeno cornbread was amazing. The roasted brussel sprouts were very flavorful though not evenly cooked. The fried chicken was good too, the shaved broccoli salad served with it was great. The black fig tart is highly recommended!

5 /5 Brittany DeMato: From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, everything was spectacular. Greeted with warm, welcoming smiles; enjoyed courses of incredible food (everything we ordered was exquisite) alongside of deliciously crafted cocktails and mocktails; the service was phenomenal- the entire team at Cleome works so beautifully and seamlessly together to create the perfect experience- shoutout to Jackson (and the team) for incredible service from start to finish. And the coffee- it’s a must!!! French roast, hand picked blend that was by far one of the best coffees I’ve had! We will absolutely be back; it’s becoming a personal favorite quickly. So thankful to have Cleome in the area!

5 /5 Tanya Smith: I went to Cleome on Saturday night with my daughter and my sister for a girls’ night, and it ended up being one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Glens Falls. We were greeted at the door by the host - who we later learned is also a part owner - and were seated right away. Our server, Aidan, arrived shortly after with water and took our drink orders. I chose the Wildflower Smash, a bright and refreshing gin cocktail that was delicious from start to finish. We were brought a complimentary pimento cheese with crackers, which was a delightful surprise. Since Cleome specializes in shareable small plates, we started with the hot wings and the grit tater tots. The wings weren’t overly hot, but they were full of flavor and beautifully presented with a garlic crema and blue cheese crumbles. The grit tater tots were unlike anything I’ve ever had - perfectly crispy squares with a creamy grit interior. They were so fun and so good. Next, we enjoyed the seafood artichoke dip, creamed corn, and Brussels sprouts. Every dish was packed with flavor, and my daughter especially loved the artichoke dip. We ended our night with the bananas foster beignets and espresso martinis - an incredible finish to the meal. The restaurant itself was warm and inviting, with beautiful table settings and great lighting. The only thing we kept wondering was: why isn’t this place packed on a Saturday night? The food was truly some of the best I’ve had in Glens Falls. I would absolutely recommend Cleome, especially if you’re looking for a fun spot with delicious small plates to enjoy with friends or for a girls’ night out. We will definitely be back!

5 /5 Sheri Collins: Excellent food. The Hoppin’ John salad is so fresh and tasty. A burst of flavor in your mouth. I didn’t try the grilled steak, but it was a fan favorite at the table. Great atmosphere and friendly wait staff. They let us try their pimento cheese, which isn’t on the menu yet, but hopefully will be on there soon. Yummy!
