If you want me to go into detail about the food that we did receive the french fries were soggy, and we live less than five minutes away.
The online menu doesn’t correctly explain what items come with what food. There’s no detailed descriptions.
However, it allows you to click add-ons(We were well aware that we would get charged extra) And instead, it just didn’t give us the add-ons, but a random dressing for the addon.
And when I politely messaged you to inform you of what I felt was wrong with my order considering I am the customer, The reply Wasn’t polite, but yet just informed me that I’m wrong.
The couple times we have ordered we stand at the bar for over 5 to 10 minutes before somebody decides to acknowledge us.
I don’t even bother ordering anything like chicken tenders from your menu Because the past two times we tried to order chicken fries for our son off the Kids menu. They were completely dried out and disgusting. About just as disgusting as your attitude.
