4 /5 Trent: We came here based on reviews and interest in trying local flavors. The restaurant itself is very cute, but very small, and is definitely a “local diner”. When we arrived it was very crowded (which is not a bad thing) as it means that people like it and it has a good following. There’s definitely a small-town atmosphere as it was clear that the place was full of regulars and people were very comfortable to spend their time drinking coffee and chatting with one another. This does however, make it harder to get seating so please be aware but you also have the ability to enjoy the same privilege once you sit. The staff is small so it can take a bit to order and there’s only one cook so patience is important but the staff is friendly. The food is a standard upstate fair but very reasonably priced. They do accept credit cards but there’s an additional 4% fee for the service that is becoming more common in smaller businesses.
