The first words from our very friendly server was to thank us for being there. Every morsel of food was fantastic. It’s a little out of the way for us but we’ll be back. Alexey Ivanin The Bedford turned out to be a great stop, and the mac and cheese burger was the highlight of the visit. It was rich, flavorful, and cooked just right, with the mac and cheese adding a creamy texture that made the whole thing stand out. The portion was solid, and the burger came out hot and well assembled, not messy or falling apart. The atmosphere in the restaurant was comfortable and inviting, with quick service and a clean dining area that made the experience even better. It’s a good spot to relax, have a satisfying meal, and try something a little different from the usual burger options.

Veronica Toth Our server Tabitha W was lovely. She is very friendly and efficient. We waited less than 15 minutes for our delicious steaks. When taking our order she was careful to repeat our order ensuring that our steaks were done perfectly. She checked on our food several times, brought us boxes for our left overs, brought refills without being asked, and ensured that we had a good experience. We regularly visit this Longhorn Steakhouse from Canada because of the excellent service, wonderful atmosphere, and delious food.

Amanda Evans My boyfriend and I went to The Hollow for dinner before our concert at The Empire, which is right next door. This place is phenomenal. Very unique space and amazing staff. Check out the menu there is a lot of vegan and vegetarian options and gluten free. We both had the ribeye with melted blue cheese and also the garlic smashed potatoes with the asparagus. For an appetizer we had the maple bacon brussels. Our waiter was very very kind and attentive. I definitely would go back again.
