5 /5 Jorge Muniz: L’ Roca Restaurant & Lounge delivers a very solid dining experience with several standout positives. On-site parking is a major plus, and inside you will find a cool, welcoming atmosphere with plenty of seating. The staff were friendly, the restaurant was clean, and pricing felt right in line with the area without being outrageous. Most importantly, the food was excellent. It was very flavorful, authentically prepared, and served in generous portions, so you definitely will not leave hungry. A couple of minor areas for improvement include the bathroom facilities being a bit small, though at least they were clean, and some menu items using English wording that felt unnecessary for otherwise authentic dishes. Calling arroz con gandules “rice with pigeon peas” just sounds a bit silly. Overall, though, the quality of the food and experience easily outweigh these small issues, and a welcome addition to the area.
