McDonalds - (Near Owego, NY)

1 /5 Cybil Skar: This is the worst McD’s I’ve ever been to. I don’t blame the employees, there were only two employees for the morning rush. We waited 20 minutes for a simple order and when we went to use the men’s room, there were flies flying around and the urinal and toilet were filthy. Even the kitchen area had so much debris all around. The franchise owner needs to figure something out here, because it is not working.

1 /5 Ariel Haradon-Chrisler: We waited for 30…THIRTY minutes to get our food. When we got our food, we were missing silverware. The condiments we ordered were missing… our food was cold and the order was incorrect… For example, I ordered extra pickles. I got two pickles. My child’s fries were missing from their happy meal. The food wrappers were messy. If I could give this location zero stars, I would.

1 /5 Josiah Hall: This place sucks so bad. It doesn’t matter if you order in the morning, afternoon, or evening, they always take forever, mess your order up, and are rude. I ordered breakfast on the mobile app long before they quit doing breakfast and got to the place and had to wait behind two cars. No biggie. I was in line for a half hour and by time I got to tell them my order number they said “we stopped doing breakfast”. I just don’t understand how they can be so incapable. It is actually astonishing how bad the service is. They have somehow managed to turn fast food into let’s draw out the clock and see if anyone is willing to stick around food. So many people are waiting in line and just end up leaving. It’s insane. Just please go somewhere else. You may think “oh, McDonald’s will be quick”. Wrong. If you are a manager here, you should be ashamed and shouldn’t sleep at night.

1 /5 Zevan Vanderbilt: Ordered on App. Waited 20 minutes in assigned spot. Finally brought food out. Forgot the drinks. Waited another 15 minutes. Had to leave without the drinks because I couldnt wait any longer. Everyone else was waiting with me in the drive through, and there was no one inside to help.

1 /5 Raphael Guesdon: It took over half an hour to get our two bags of pre-packaged apple slices and a sundae. People who ordered cooked meals and came in after us got their order before we did. The staff seemed to be paid for giving each other slaps on the back for a job, not very well done. I was worried that this McDonalds would be my final resting place after the wait time we experienced. If I could leave a review with zero stars, I would.
