5 /5 David M Monastra: We had a fantastic time on our date night. We did "The Big Night Out." Which was amazing. The whole experience was just out of this world. I havent been here in over 10 years but its just as good as I remember if not better. The add ons for dessert are totally worth it but not necessary. We added the three with cheesecake, and macaroons. It was so good. But even better than that was the service. Cassidy was warm and welcoming. She took ol her time with us but it wasnt slow and we didnt feel rushed. Would definitely come back here again and make sure you ask for Cassidy and to get the bees tea its an amazing non-alcoholic beverage. Thank you again cassidy and everyone at the melting pot of white plains!

5 /5 Shannon B: We had an absolutely amazing experience at The Melting Pot, and I can’t say enough good things about the staff. We had reservations to celebrate my future daughter-in-law’s birthday and ended up running about 45 minutes late. I called the restaurant to let them know, and not only were they incredibly kind and understanding, they asked if we were celebrating anything special. When I mentioned her birthday, they offered a balloon package, which I loved immediately. When we arrived, they had gone completely above and beyond. There was a beautiful balloon bouquet with chocolates, rose petals set up at our table, and they even asked her favorite color ahead of time. To top it all off, they created a personalized Happy Birthday message on their TV and seated us in a cozy private room that made the night feel so special . A huge thank you to the manager, Kaylee, who clearly put so much care into making this celebration unforgettable. She checked on us several times throughout the evening and made sure everything was perfect. Our server, Karan, was phenomenal, attentive, friendly, patient, and made the entire experience so enjoyable. Since it was our first time dining there, they both took the time to explain how everything worked, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. We were constantly asked if we needed anything, and the attention to detail was truly exceptional. This was our first visit, but it absolutely won’t be our last. Thank you to Kaylee, Karan, and the entire team for making such a special night even more memorable.

5 /5 Hint of Zas: My wife and I had a fantastic dinner at The Melting Pot. The food was delicious from start to finish—the cheese fondue was rich and perfectly seasoned, the salads were fresh, and our entrée course was fun to cook and came with great sauces. The chocolate fondue at the end was the perfect finish. Our server, Cassidy, was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and super knowledgeable about the menu. She paced each course perfectly, checked in without hovering, and offered helpful tips that made the whole experience even better. We felt really taken care of the entire night. Highly recommend this location and definitely ask for Cassidy if you can!

5 /5 Christopher A: Came out for a friend’s birthday and had been my first time in a while going back to the Melting Pot. The cheese start was delicious and I would have preferred that twice over the dinner. Dessert was amazing, can’t go wrong with chocolate fondue. What stood out the most though how was great our server was. Super helpful when picking through the menu but also made our friends day extremely special. Took the time and effort to make this beautiful edible happy birthday dish. She had an absolute blast and was nearly brought to tears.
