Pizza Palace - (Near Plattsburgh, NY)

1 /5 Mike Baire: We’ve been Pizza Palace customers for many years & always been very pleased. Not sure what has happened recently. Service is poor, a couple visits ago we waited over 10 minutes after being seated & never got waited on, they were not super busy. We finally got up & left to go else where to eat. The next visit our appetizer arrived when we were almost finished with our main meal. We gave it another try tonite. Received our appetizer but no silverware. After waiting over 5 minutes I walked up & grabbed my own silverware to go back & eat our now cold appetizer. Then when our wings arrived we were disappointed to see that they were considerably smaller than what we had been receiving there for many years. I have heard several complaints recently regarding similar situations from others, all vowing to “never go back”. I think I am now in that same boat ! Unfortunately for them there are many restaurants in the area who appreciate their customers & if Pizza Palace doesn’t realize this soon they will be in big trouble. This is not the same Pizza Palace we have been used to over the years. I just have one question, WHAT HAS HAPPENED ?????

1 /5 Amanda Gohlke: We order wing’s and pizza frequently and generally love “the palace”. However, the past several times we have ordered it has been far from worth it. We decided to try palace again and ordered tonight, the pizza was undercooked and all the toppings had slid off the pizza and unless you want to eat the toppings of the cardboard box, it was not edible. Additionally, I paid for extra sides of wing sauce (x 2 and extra ranch x 2) and both where missing. Further, I ordered 10 med wings and 10 special BBQ -but received all medium, again, no extra sauce, which I paid for. Not sure if they replaced the raspberry vinaigrette, but I got what looks like balsamic vinaigrette instead. When you pay $80 for dinner, I’d prefer if at least one thing is worth it! What’s going on Pizza Palace? This is not like the usual!

5 /5 Beverly Weslowski: We ate lunch here today and it was A+++. We are not local and found this gem through our family. The food was delicious, Sarah our server was great and the portions were so generous! We also would agree the “world famous ranch dressing” was top notch! Definitely highly recommend this local gem!

5 /5 Diane Danford: I have ate at Pizza Palace and had numerous dishes on the menu. Never having a bad meal. Service is excellent with owners going out of their way to accommodate. 5 stars for sure!

1 /5 Tabitha Blow: Took forever for our food gave us burned wings and nachos.waitress said she eats nachos that way . Manager wouldnt even come speak to us asked for another drink totally ignored me.took 20 plus minutes to get first drink. The service was horrible . We will not be patron of this establishment again.
