Restaurant Mi Rancho Alegre - (Near Hudson, NY)

M We been meaning to come here for a long time, knowing people whove come from another restaurant- and WOW! Im so glad we did!! My drink was amazing!!! We had guacamole with chips, Jalapeño poppers to start and our entrees were, Salmon a Chipotle & Pollo ala Mexicana. Our food came fast, hot, and tasted perfect! Oh and we didnt know that Fridays are karaoke night! Soo the music was great with very talented performers! Our waitress Syndy Maine was friendly, thoughtful and professional, which makes us really want to come back again and again! And btw weve tried many Mexican restaurants and know great Mexican food- so if I say come here, its because I highly recommend!!

Laura Horowitz I absolutely love my waitress. She was so knowledgeable about food allergies and being upfront about everything. They help me customize a dish so I would be able to eat it with food allergies. The lamb was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly when you say rare they actually cook it rare. I tried the yogurt soup that they had and I didnt love that but Im happy that I tried it. They had so many different options of things to try and all the flavors were so unique. I highly recommend coming here and I would definitely come back here again. Even better is that the food wait time was only like 5 minutes which was amazing.

Takyashilah S I walk past this spot all the time and always notice the laughter and good vibes coming from inside. Im happy to say, it’s just as pleasant as it looks. The doors were open on this nice day, and we enjoyed a great breeze flowing through. I had the drink of the day, a blood orange spritz, and it was solid. The food? Also, a win. The chicken shawarma was layered with flavor, so so good. I’ll definitely be coming back for it again. The pita? Fresh, fluffy and just right. Bonus points for accepting InKind and Blackbird. That alone sealed the deal for a return visit.

Mark Mangrich For those that know a good enchilada, this is the place for you! My wife and I went there at 8pm on a Tues and it was busy but not too busy. They were able to seat us without a reservation. I ordered the chicken enchiladas. The enchilada sauce was amazing. It was zesty and tangy, but not too spicy hot. The chicken was moist and flavorful. Far too often the chicken can be dry in enchiladas, but not here. My wife had fried plantains with cheese and crema. She also liked her plantains. My wife loves tamarind aqua fresca and they had it here. The service was friendly and prompt. We had our food quickly. The price was reasonable.

Marina Zubryn Delicious food! Fresh bread, hearty sandwiches, and great matcha. Cozy, homey atmosphere — perfect spot for lunch. Definitely coming back!
