Quinn Granger Let me start off by saying my fiancé and i’s experience here was amazing! From the second we got there we were welcomed by the very kind hostess and led to our booth right by the bar we had a great server as well we both started off with soups, the tomatoe soup for me has always been a staple here ever since I was young. I haven’t been back since 2017 ish and the tomatoe soup is as amazing as i remember it! My fiance got French onion and that was fantastic as well both had great flavor and were both a great temperature. Then we had the surf and turf, and the rack of lamb. Both were great and the way both dishes were layered and set up were amazing. The sides were well flavored and different from other restaurants in the area. We both got desserts. The molten chocolate cake and the apple pie. I haven’t been this excited about a restaurant in a long long time. The service the food and quality is something I look for. This place outperformed my expectations. I absolutely will be returning! And the small dish portions were a perfect size after the soups! Again a absolutely phenomenal experience!

Judy MacDougall When visiting NYC from Florida, we took the Staten Island Ferry for the first time to go to a show in the St. George Theatre. We met up here for dinner and were all pleasantly surprised at how awesome dinner. Walk into a not fancy place, but warm and cozy like home, which makes sense because it is a great family run restaurant that smells so delicious inside. The service was attentive and we all had wonderful meals. The family we met here for dinner, said they will be back here again!

Scott Vining My family and friends went to Black & Blue Steakhouse in Albany for a birthday celebration, and the entire experience was excellent. Our table service by Kat was fantastic—she was attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail was handled. The food came out perfectly prepared. I ordered the Wagyu steak, which was cooked just right, and my daughter had the salmon, which she loved. They even plated, dressed up, and served a cake we brought in, cutting it for the table and making it feel special. From start to finish, the evening was completely taken care of. A fantastic experience all around.

Amanda El I seriously loved this hip and pretty little spot. We came in last minute with no reservation and were able to sit at the bar. Service from the bartender was excellent, as were the cocktails, the wine selection, and the truly excellent food. Would love to come back and definitely want to check out their sister restaurant thats opening across the way. Manager checked in on us a couple of times as well. Great service and overall experience

Anthony Spicola I treated my cousin, her daughter and husband at this wonderful southern Italian restaurant. They really felt comfortable and glad to be at the restaurant. They liked the choices provided on the menu. We started with the meatballs, the shrimp/calamari salad and the mozzarella. All the appetizers were excellent but the meatballs were truly a delight. Ive never had any better at any restaurant. They had many dinner specials and my cousin tried the pesto risotto. Her daughter just had spaghetti with tomato sauce. The rest of us has the fusilli with bolognese sauce. We were all smiling as we ate. Of course we had to try their desserts. Since it was my cousins birthday I ordered a plate with a selection of desserts. All of them were so fresh and flavorful even the tried and true tiramisu. Youll love the friendly and accommodating service. The wine list provided plenty of variety and value.

Josh Pappas Absolutely incredible experience. Amazing communication to help plan a special executive work outing. The chef tasting menu food was full of unique flavors and creative combinations that you won’t find anywhere else in Rochester. Every dish paired perfectly with the wine selections, which the staff recommended with real care and knowledge. The service was warm and genuine, making the entire night unforgettable. Highly recommend.
