David M Monastra We had a fantastic time on our date night. We did "The Big Night Out." Which was amazing. The whole experience was just out of this world. I havent been here in over 10 years but its just as good as I remember if not better. The add ons for dessert are totally worth it but not necessary. We added the three with cheesecake, and macaroons. It was so good. But even better than that was the service. Cassidy was warm and welcoming. She took ol her time with us but it wasnt slow and we didnt feel rushed. Would definitely come back here again and make sure you ask for Cassidy and to get the bees tea its an amazing non-alcoholic beverage. Thank you again cassidy and everyone at the melting pot of white plains!

From the moment you walk in, the place has that classic, comfortable pizza-shop feel—warm, welcoming, and filled with the smell of fresh dough baking. The food is the star here. The pizza has that perfect balance: a crisp crust with just the right chew, flavorful sauce, and cheese that actually tastes like something—not the bland stuff you get at a lot of places. You can tell they use good ingredients, and everything is prepared with pride. Their slices come out hot, fresh, and full of flavor every single time. We also tried a few other menu items, and everything was just as good as the pizza. Service is fast, friendly, and genuine. You don’t feel rushed, and you don’t feel ignored—they strike the perfect balance. The staff treats you like you’ve been coming there for years, even if it’s your first time. The atmosphere is simple but clean and relaxing, making it great for grabbing a slice, eating with family, or picking up a larger order for a gathering. Timothy Brown Such a fun place! My wife and I arrived at 11:45am on a Monday for a post-movie brunch and Cafe Luxembourg did not disappoint! We sat at the bar and shared a bottle of Rose, onion soup, salade nicoise with yellowfin tuna, zucchini fries, and the warm chocolate chip cookies for dessert. Everything was great and the buzzing atmosphere added to the experience. Highly recommend!

Traveling Cosmos and Tacos Thunderstorms forced us inside but we still had a view of the lake. The area is beautiful. There’s an overflow parking lot across the street, and a row of Adirondak chairs facing the lake off to the side. The restaurant was very nice inside. The food and drink menu had a very nice selection. Will be back again during nicer weather so I can enjoy outdoor dining. My favorite appetizers were the calamari and cauliflower. My table also ordered Greek salad, ribs and fish & chips. Everyone enjoyed their food.

Christeal Excellent all around! The atmosphere was homey and welcoming. The service was polite and efficient. The food was top-notch. We travelled from an hour away celebrate our wedding anniversary and we are happy that we did. This was our first visit and we will be back.

Georgia We celebrated our wedding dinner here with our families and both the food and customer service were above and beyond! Jim, the owner, set us up with our own private dining room and three burners for our fondue pots. He came around to check on us a lot and checked our burner, which we really appreciated! Our waitress, Savannah, was absolutely amazing! She made sure we each got lots of fondue pots, kept track of who wanted what (fondue, broth and food-wise) and was super kind, attentive and just an absolute gem. There were 11 of us so the orders were understandably complicated, and she did a flawless job making sure everything went smoothly. The staff as a whole also went above and beyond with gestures to help us celebrate and really make the night unforgettable! A picture of all of us put into a card, two Melting Pot wine glasses and a separate “Thank you for celebrating with us” card were all given to me and my husband to take home. On top of that, they decorated a plate with icing and images to say “Just Married.” It was beyond amazing! The food itself was stellar as always. We’ve gone to other Melting Pot locations and were so happy to have the Wisconsin Cheddar, Loaded Baked Potato and Alpine Cheddar fondues, Court Bouillon and Coq Au Vin broths, and the Flaming Turtle and Yin Yang dessert fondues! We got a spread of food items and salads to enjoy straight up or cook together. We feasted like kings and queens! We wanted to thank everyone at the Melting Pot for their amazing service, food, and how they all went the extra mile to make our night truly special. I highly recommend this location for your next family get-together or big celebratory meal!
