Melting Pot - White Plains

Rating: 4.4 /5
David M Monastra We had a fantastic time on our date night. We did "The Big Night Out." Which was amazing. The whole experience was just out of this world. I havent been here in over 10 years but its just as good as I remember if not better. The add ons for dessert are totally worth it but not necessary. We added the three with cheesecake, and macaroons. It was so good. But even better than that was the service. Cassidy was warm and welcoming. She took ol her time with us but it wasnt slow and we didnt feel rushed. Would definitely come back here again and make sure you ask for Cassidy and to get the bees tea its an amazing non-alcoholic beverage. Thank you again cassidy and everyone at the melting pot of white plains!

Monkey Bar - New York

Travis Shepherd It’s not easy to get in here but fortunately we were finally able to get a reservation. We arrived a little early & had cocktails in the bar area up front, we got the Tokyo Old Fashioned & the espresso martini both of which are excellent. We loved the atmosphere of the dining room: red leather booths with white tablecloths, curtains that lent a feeling of focus without isolating you, lighting that successfully struck the balance between relaxed/classy yet still being able to see fine. The service was great, our waiter had strong recommendations and was very attentive without at all becoming intrusive. We had the oysters, chu toro crudo, steak tartare, ribeye steak frites, and vanilla gelato (with hot fudge). Everything was wonderful, I’d say the steak tartare and vanilla gelato were our favorites. We’re so glad we were finally able to get in! Highlights: Tokyo Old Fashioned, coconut Cadillac margarita, steak tartare, vanilla gelato Date visited: 1/2/26

Amy Hart We had these tator tot cubes today, and I swear they were so good we literally came back a few hours later with friends just so they could try them too. They were insanely crispy on the outside and somehow soft and fluffy on the inside in a way I’ve never had before. Truly the best tots of my life. And the service was great both times.. super friendly, fast, and just genuinely welcoming. Honestly, those tots alone are worth the trip.

Jacks Oyster House - Albany

Katherine Gallagher So thrilled to have Jacks back. The food and drinks were high quality and delicious, and Im surprised to say the service was even better! Attentive from the moment we stepped in the doorway. This was a class act from start to finish, fine dining all the way around. Cant wait to go back!

Gabriels Bar & Restaurant - New York

Rating: 4.4 /5
Kolay Fuller If NYC had a love letter to Italian dining, this place would be it. From the moment you step inside, there’s a warm, timeless charm that instantly makes you feel at home like a beloved local spot transported straight from a Roman to the heart of Manhattan. The menu is nothing short of masterful. Every dish tastes like it was crafted by someone who truly knows and loves Italian food from rich, velvety pastas to tender, perfectly seasoned entrées. The Ravioli Zucca practically melts on your tongue, and the Brasato di Costolette di Manzo (braised short ribs) is pure comfort elevated to art. But what really sets Gabriels apart isn’t just the food its the experience. The ambiance strikes a beautiful balance between cozy and elegant, ideal for a romantic dinner, a pre-theater meal before Lincoln Center, or a weekend brunch with friends. The staff are consummate professionals warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making your meal memorable. I’ve never felt rushed or overlooked; instead, every detail feels thoughtfully executed.

Dr. Michelle Laura Flood We stopped at The Outpost for a family lunch, and we say, “Move over Dino BBQ - there’s a new BBQ king in town!” The brisket was incredible, and we also highly recommend the poblano grits. Our toddler loved everything too.
