4 /5 Richard Federbusch: Very good, but not great Italian Restaurant. Located in the heart of the White Plains business district, this eatery has a large variety of traditional Italian fare, but none that we tried that passed the "Wow" factor. We started with the Meatballs as an appetizer. We then had the Spaghetti a la Vodka and the Chicken Milanese. All of these items were tasty, but were not memorable. In fact, my chicken, although presented well, was a bit dry. The service was very friendly, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the prices were reasonable. Although, Im not a fan for being charged for an additional round of a diet coke. If you want a solid, but unspectacular Italian Restaurant, then Serafina is a good choice.
