5 /5 Roze: Came here for brunch with my friend and made a reservation just in case. The ambience is warm, modern, and perfect for a relaxed weekend brunch. Service was friendly and attentive the entire time. I ordered the mushroom sandwich with grilled chicken, which came with crispy fries and a side of spicy mayo absolutely delicious! My friend got the grilled chicken sandwich with fries as well, and we both loved our meals. To share, we ordered the brown butter maple old-fashioned pancake, and wow that was the highlight! Perfectly fluffy with just the right sweetness. We paired everything with lattes, which were smooth and creamy. It’s a calm spot to unwind, chat, and enjoy good food with great vibes. Overall great vibes. I’d absolutely come back again! ✨

5 /5 Anna Finlay: My boyfriend wanted a bottomless brunch so we popped in to give Sungold (Arlo Williamsburg) a shot. We walked down the outside staircase and quickly realized we had to go behind the bar for the hostess. We were sat down almost right away in the open area with the plush, sea foam green booths. Really liked the elevated and relaxed atmosphere. There was a couple next to us and they had a dog. Very Brooklyn but good to know they’re dog friendly! Juan was our server and made brunch a smooth experience. He was quick to refill drinks and gave a reminder you can switch (mimosa to Bellinis etc). My favorite part was his friendly demeanor and creating a great balance or balance but also checking in on us. The food was delicious too. We opted for some sweet treats and Juan reco’d the pancakes, huge miss if you don’t have that or the babka French toast (1 piece only though). We also never felt rushed which was a bonus too. Whenever we’re in the area we’ll def be back!

4 /5 Amy Chang: sungold had friendly service and a great vibe. the latkes were a standout, fresh, crisp, and not overly fried, with a really satisfying texture. we ordered the steak medium rare but it came out closer to medium, though the sauce was delicious and helped make up for it. the side salad was a bit overdressed, but overall it was a solid meal.

5 /5 Panhathai Pongtong: Had a great brunch experience at Sungold in Brooklyn. I highly recommend the Chocolate Babka French Toast—it was excellent. My friend ordered the Mushroom Burger, which was also very good. The service was fast and friendly. A solid choice for brunch.
