Taco Bell - (Near Owego, NY)

3 /5 Mary Ann: I stopped into taco Bell for the first time. Ive never eaten there before. I had one soft taco so I could see what it tasted like... It was okay. Could of used more meat filling. .. they charge extra for sour cream. I didnt order the sour cream. The place is very clean .. the kitchen just sparkles. It did just open 2 months ago. The manager ,, he cares about the business. He was there working with employees. I will stop again. Price was average for their food. You help yourself to the drinks. Overall a good experience.. I would go again..

4 /5 Alexis B: Ill start by saying I went later in the evening (8:45 ish) and was the third car in line to the window. Ordering was immediate, waiting for food was a little on the longer side (15 minutes) but not bad at all compared to most, and definitely not bad given that they just opened a month and a half ago. Food order was correct, it was hot, and it was what I expected from Taco Bell. I wouldnt wait in line if it was long until theyre well established (give it a few more months), but it wasnt a bad experience by any means.

5 /5 Brandon Kellogg: I’m going to start by saying that if you choose to get in a line 15 cars deep and a full parking lot and complain on a public platform that there’s a half hour wait on food and try to give a place a poor reputation you deserve everything you get in life. Use some common sense. Our experience here was great. We came at a non-peak time around 11pm and were greeted by a cheery person behind the drive thru speaker and were promptly taken care of when we pulled up to the window. No confusion with multiple orders in our vehicle. Our food came quickly and our orders were accurate and our food was fresh and hot. Much better than other fast food places in the 17c strip. Great job to the team at our new Taco Bell and we are excited to return again.

5 /5 mel stevens: This was our first time stopping and I have nothing bad to say about this location. We placed mobile orders and while service was slightly slower than you might expect from a more established location, it certainly wasnt excessive, especially compared to restaurants on this same stretch of road with shorter lines and more experienced workers (looking at you, McDonalds). The employees were polite and friendly, all the food came out hot and fresh and everything was correct even though I made modifications to several items, and what more can you really ask for out of a fast food restaurant? To all the people leaving negative reviews purely on the basis of wait times, remember that this location has been open for maybe two weeks, with brand new employees and a town full of people just like you who cant wait to get their hands on a fast food taco as if theyve never experienced such a thing before. I drive past this location daily, and have counted as many as thirty cars in the drove thru at one point, with a crowd of patrons inside as well. "I wAiTeD 45 mInUtEs In ThE dRiVe ThRu." Yeah, buddy, you saw a line over twenty people deep and still chose to join it. Thats on you. Ive worked in food service, as many as you evidently have not, and frankly, if a brand-new location with brand-new employees is managing to clear a line that deep in 45 minutes, theyre busting their asses and doing an admirable job. Go in there and show them how to do it faster, if youre so certain its a failing on the part of the workers. Keep up the good work, guys. Some of us see and appreciate you. Yall are killing it.
