Wendys -Food CA (Near Waterloo)

5 /5 Thomas Robinson: I love Wendys. Thier burgers and nuggets are so good. However, their breakfast is delicious too! I got the Breakfast Baconator with some tater wedges. It was so tasty. The restaurant is clean, well lit and has a very nice staff. At 9am Miss Brittany even offered us lunch options, but said they would take just a bit longer than breakfast items. Its great to have that selection. They have a drive thru, self order kiosk or order from a person at the counter. If you want a scrumptious breakfast sandwich, hit up Wendys. This restaurant is colocated within a gas station/convenience store. There is a Subway here too, that looks pretty good (for a subway)

2 /5 Chris Finch: Had a few extra points so came in and ordered the junior bacon cheeseburger immediately the cashier Katelyn was giving me crazy looks so I told her I had a redemption code on my phone I was going to make another order for something else but she ran off so rude luckily there was another guy that came and took my order he was cool he did everything I asked him but she was very rude she should not be working there or you guys should help her with her customer service skills anyways I didnt get what I ordered and my burger was cold as if its been sitting out all day terrible food quality chili was decent Will I come back and spend money here no

1 /5 Ray Borman: Came in with my annual Frosty tag today. Which allows me to get a free Junior frosty. I was told that this location does not honor the tags unless you purchase something? Travel across the country and Ive never had that problem before I asked Bailey the counter person are you sure. And she said yep. As I was posting my review in Subway just outside the Wendys building. I have to give the manager credit she did come and find me and say she would honor my annual tag. I had already decided I didnt want anything from this Wendys because of my experience. I do use Wendys across the country. However, Wendys seems to be inconsistent with a lot of customer service programs lately. Get it together Wendys

1 /5 Dawn M: Everything at this location is the worst. I started coming here a couple minths ago. I come to this location at least once a week and almost every time the wait is insane, and the order is always messed up. You pull ahead almost every time and they take the extra time and still mess up the order. Tonight I did a mobile order and I waited in line at the drive thru for a half hour. When I was waiting in line I was seeing boxes all over the ground near the drivethru area and a wendy floor mat just thrown out in the landscaped area. Finally I get to the window and was asked if I was using my rewards and i said no I placed an online order. Another voice comes out and has an attitude then as I pull away I hear her just complaining over the speaker. I get to the window after about another 10 minutes and ask if the sanwich i ordered was made according to the order, which it was. Usually it isnt and it gets tossed out and remade. I was hopeful at this point. I get home give my husband his special sanwich and order of tenders. The tenders were awful you couldnt even bit through them they were so dried out and hard. Like leather or jerky. Probably sitting under a heat lamp for at least an hour. Try and call the store to complain and the voicemail is full. Im sure it is becayse this is the worst location i have ever been to.
