Kdph78 KFC..When your manager who wouldn’t give a name is griping how everyone comes in all at once and you have already been 30 minutes + waiting for 2 small meals you have a problem. You would not refund me and let me go on my way. Instead of pulling your screen around to show me how much work you have maybe you should focus on how to run a team efficiently. My 1st clue should have been the guy upset in front of me that complained about how long it took. My 2nd clue should have been the guy waiting in line that walked out. You couldn’t even give me proper contact info for a supervisor so that I could convey my concerns and ask for a refund. NOBODY was demanding a 10 minute meal or less. 30+ minutes for 2 pieces of chicken 2 biscuits and mashed potatoes is absolutely unacceptable and reasonable to ask for a refund and be given the contact info to a supervisor. You should be happy to be busy and prosperous instead of miserable and unpleasant. To the guy at the cash register I respect your understanding and appreciate your handling of the situation and sincerely apologize for my behavior. I did not expect for a manager to be so unprofessional. You have more respect and manager skills than your manager. Approach is everything and your manager has no ability to manage. With all this being said I can guarantee you I will respectfully not eat at another KFC for as long as blood runs through my veins. Place wasn’t even that busy

Jennelle McMahon Our stay at Pleasant Valley Inn was absolutely perfect! Owners Stephen and Tyler were so accommodating and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our visit. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and so comfortable. And the food—wow! Every meal was outstanding, but the Reuben and wings at the pub were truly to die for. We can’t wait to come back and experience it all again. 10/10 recommend!

Medical 21 plus I was picking up the best tasting pizza in Steuben County (I drive 30 minutes to get it) when I witnessed the employee here express compassion and understanding for a mom with a special needs child. It was one of the most kind and genuinely caring expressions of human nature at its best. Keep killing it pizza Ds, you guys are really something above there rest!

Kim Nordin We got our Goldendoodle puppy from Brooklea Beauties, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The breeders professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their dogs were evident at every step. The facilities were well-maintained, providing a safe and nurturing environment for the puppies. Our Goldendoodle, Huxley, is a perfect addition to our family. He is healthy, well-socialized, and has a wonderful temperament, all of which are a testament to Stacy’s dedication and attention to detail. Stacy provided us with detailed information on Huxley’s diet, training, and overall care, ensuring we were fully prepared to welcome him into our home. Communication with Stacy was seamless, and she was always available to answer any questions we had. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we were matched with the perfect puppy for our family. This was crucial to us as we currently have an 8 year old goldendoodle and we wanted to make sure they matched. Hatchmar the Relentless Ive had McDonalds in Pennsylvania, and many other places but this location is definitely different. I had chicken nuggets and they were actually really really good, My burger was excellent. I dont know why it was so much better but this was definitely the best McDonalds Ive ever been to

Sue Bills Went on a Friday evening. Hubby tried the fish fry with mac and cheese...very good! I got the alfredo and it was super, the sauce was wonderful. Got onio rings and piggy fries as appetizers and they were great too!

Jacqueline Keating Drove 4 hours to Bath NY from Philadelphia (where the food is pretty damn good) This was our first time visiting. We ate at numerous places through the weekend & nothing was really to our liking. Our last day here and we kind of lost all hope with the food around here, until tonight for dinner. We decided to try Big D’s and WOW hands down the best food we’ve had the whole time we were here, along with the coolest, most laid back & funny staff. We got a big mix of all different foods so we all could try everything, & everything was perfection! Now we just need a Big D’s in Philly! How bout it Big D!? You’ll love it there!

JUNE GORDON Such a great down-home atmosphere with decorations of the season. The food has never EVER disappointed. Today got appetizer of cranberry, turkey, apple sandwich with sweet potato fries. Our 2 meals were: beef on weck with homemade potato chips! OMG! The service is fast, efficient and friendly. You must go here for your next meal. Seriously. What a hometown treat! Oh kahlua cheesecake to boot. Trust me.

Allan Ducker This Arby’s was excellent! Josh, the shift manager, took our order and greeted us warmly. The dining room was very clean! Josh then called our name and the food was honestly fantastic! The double roast beef was perfect, and the fries were piping hot. It’s hard to beat service with a smile, and you can tell everyone here takes great pride in their job.
