Mariana Naka I had never tried Nordic cuisine before, and Fet Fisk absolutely elevated the experience. The branzino is an excellent dish and easily serves two people — I recommend pairing it with the semi-glazed carrots. We also ordered the steak tartare to start, which was hand-cut and clearly made with very fresh ingredients.
For dessert, we chose the meringue with lingonberry and crème anglaise — a wonderful combination of flavors and textures.
My only note is about the lighting. When I’m having dinner, I really like to see the food on my plate, and a bit more light on the table would help with that. After all, people eat with their eyes too, and in a very dark setting, that part of the experience gets a little lost.
