Brenda Wise Really love this place, the soups are amazing. The person that takes care of the Open Door Cafe is a very kind hearted woman, and an amazing cook. There is also very friendly people that volunteer here. Stop in have a hot cup of coffee, ice tea or soda. You can get soup & a sandwich on Fridays. There open Monday, Wednesday & Friday 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Yvelisse Aquino As a Dominican, I truly love supporting Dominican businesses, and I fell in love with this place the moment we walked in. The space is filled with so many Dominican touches that brought back pure nostalgia. From the sayings and pictures of our history painted on the walls to the explanations behind them, it was beautiful to see our culture and history represented so thoughtfully, and even better that others get to learn about our country through it. Dining in with my family was a great experience. Having the option to choose from the prepared food or order directly from the menu was a huge plus. Everything we ate was incredibly flavorful and clearly made with love. I didn’t just leave with a full belly, I left with a full heart. Truly a special place.

Zach sierocki Exceptional dishes that you wont find in most restaurants with a date night feel style of dining. A few things that I loved about this place, the glass tables with barrels attached to the wall. Bartender was able to handle my out of the ordinary request. The huge wall of barrels add a nice aesthetically pleasing. We had the calamari and beef tartare to start. Both great, and the portion of calamari was excellent. Our server Ashley was very kind and welcoming. Main course consisted of Bison Steak 10/10 which was massive. Then the Duck LOrange that had such lovely flavor. Highly recommend this spot if youre out for celebration, or want a fancy dating spot. Everything was great. Hope to be back soon!

Sorenmy Valdez We chose this place to celebrate our 8-year anniversary, and it turned out to be a truly wonderful experience. The space is small and intimate, like a cozy little snack bar. It has three tables for four, plus a high chair for our baby, window seating, and a few patio tables out front. The vibe is vibrant with a mix of modern and rustic décor, and lots of natural light pours in. It’s also connected to a cute little boutique, which adds to its charm. There’s a bathroom available for customers as well. My favorite part was the food. Our waitress did an amazing job explaining the menu and helping us understand all the different options. She made sure we knew exactly what we were ordering. When the food came out, we were blown away! I ordered the Deluxe Chipotle Chicken Crêpe and my partner had the Buen Día Toast. Both were packed with flavor and absolutely delicious. For dessert, we shared the Sweet Cream + Berries Crêpe, which was the perfect sweet ending to our meal. Everything was so good, and we honestly can’t wait to come back for more. I highly recommend checking their menu online beforehand to get a feel for what they offer. This place won’t disappoint, especially if you’re a cheese lover!

Helen Owner went out of her way to bring us our food because it would have been a.super long wait fir the other driver to bring it. Ive lived here now about 23 years and the last 3 times we ordered our food was correct and piping hot. Not sure what happened but keep up the good work!!

Teena Haupt Randi is the best waitress!! She knows exactly what my 92 year old mother gets and treats her special. We dine here often and appreciate the special treatment we get from Randi! What a gem!
