5 /5 Photographer_with_Cats: The food is good here. I recommend eating the bread pudding first, because it is awesome and you don’t want to skip it when you have a belly full of pasta. I do have a complaint. They advertise Happy Hour appetizers and drinks. It’s on their website and on a huge banner hanging outside their establishment. However, they won’t give you the happy hour specials unless you sit at the bar. This is not listed anywhere, it’s just what your server has to tell you. So for someone with balance issues (ms) and back problems, who would not be able to sit comfortably on a bar stool or at a high top, cannot participate in the happy hour specials. Pretty sure this borders on illegal due to the ADA.

1 /5 L T: Takeout tonight: chicken parm & lasagna. Chicken was stringy and tough. The meat in the lasagna had a very strange odor and taste, as if it had spoiled. Maybe not. Maybe thats "just how they season it" but both me and my wife detected the same strange/repulsive odor and taste. We did not eat it. We ate some of the chicken parm. I have already filled out the webform demanding a full refund. If we dont hear back w/in 48 hours Ill do a credit card chargeback. The staff was ok: friendly and attentive during the takeout pickup process. Its just that the food is garbage.

2 /5 C. M.: Disappointing and overly priced in comparison of what Bravos use to be. My partner and I have been going to this Bravos location for 15 years, and have enjoyed it every single time, but unfortunately we will never be going back after our last meal due to the complete decline in food quality. To be clear: The service was GREAT, the staff were friendly and they did their jobs perfectly. The wait time was incredibly short and our server was kind and attentive… but the FOOD was terrible! The meal for 2 cost $98, but the calamari was rubbery and tasted like nothing, our pasta dishes were definitely out-of-the-box Barilla pasta and had over cooked shrimp, and our “warm chocolate desert” was more like a microwave mug cake with “vanilla gelato” that was actually freezer burned vanilla ice cream.

3 /5 Daniel Hague: I’ve dined here multiple times with the family and the food and experience has always been great! They truly have great, authentic food and service when you’re dining in. However, when I am delivering for them, they don’t pay much attention to their drivers. It’s almost like being back handed because I’m always greeted when I eat there, almost immediately. But when I deliver for them, the service is low tier and its at least 10 minutes before I’m asked for the order name and then at least 5 minutes to get the order (that’s understandable). I know they take pride in their work, so I hope this review helps them fix their service towards delivery drivers. I appreciate your business, please appreciate mine. Thank you Daniel

1 /5 Heather Abbott: Absolutely horrible experience. Started off alright, we got sat right away. Our reservation was at 4:30 for 4 people and we got there at 4:15 .. there were only a few tables in the restaurant at that time. . Ordered fried ravioli appetizer, that was really good. We all got a side salad, those came out, and then it was downhill. Could not get a drink refill, asked for more bread which never came. By 5:30 we still never received our entrees. They came out at 5:40 and the 2 chicken Parm entrees and eggplant Parm were all cold and soggy. 5 minutes later my Pasta Bravo entree came out and it was smoking hot, but the noodles were not cooked (they were still hard & crunchy). They did take care of the bill, but we sat there for almost 2 hours and left hungry. We didnt even want to take the food to go. It was also my mothers birthday, so it ruined the beginning of our day. I would hate to see it if they were busy. I have worked in restaurants all of my life.. Clearly understaffed in the Front of House, Back of House may need re-trained. Ridiculous and very disappointing. Do not go, unless you like cold, undercooked food that takes 1.5 hours to come out.
