Bridgewater Public House - (Near York, PA)

Nikki H. First time at Amina’s new Germantown location (I’ve been to the old one before) and it did not disappoint. Parking is super convenient with a garage right across the street. The location is also so much more spacious. Brought two friends for their first visit and they loved it—both said they’d be back. Started with martinis, then appetizers: cornbread with butter (always a win), lobster deviled eggs (10/10, a must-order), and the beignet cheesesteak rolls (also 10/10). For entrées, we had the salmon, short ribs, and lamb lollipops. The stand alone ribs were a 10/10 with huge portions, lamb chops a 9/10. Mashed potatoes could use a little more flavor, but nothing major. Salmon was good with crispy skin, a smaller portion. We also tried the Brussel sprouts which were good. Dessert was the Caramelized Apple Pie Spring Rolls with ice cream—delicious if you like sweet desserts. Drinks are a bit pricey, but overall the food, portions, and experience were great. Would continue to recommend this spot.

D Perry We had a business lunch meeting here. Great food, great service. Has a full bar. We will return, highly recommended. Plenty of parking, depending on time of day reservations are recommended. Wheel chair accessible.

Rob Davis This isnt the first Firebirds weve been too. We have one in our hometown of Greenville, SC. Both restaurants were very good. We had a party of 8 with early reservations and caught them in-between shift changes but the service after we were sat was top notch. The food is always on point we started with the chimichiri shrimp and Philly Cheese steak egg rolls. I had a filet which was cool as I ordered, rare. The service, food and atmosphere were all great.

Michele Al-Khal We decided to have my son‘s rehearsal dinner for his wedding here. We really wanted good Middle Eastern food for our guests. The riverside restaurant did a terrific job! Food was delicious and plentiful , The staff worked hard, and the price to serve a wonderful meal for 50 people was very reasonable. I would highly recommend for any type of banquet or celebration. Thank you for a great experience.

S. John Ross Really good tacos, really friendly service. Weve only tried it once so far but well be back for more. I had tacos al pastor; their version is mildly seasoned compared to many, and its the version that includes some pineapple. The plate came with generous amounts of cucumber and radish slices, three juicy slices of lime, roasted onions and jalapeno, plenty of chopped onion and cilantro, and the two house sauces. The red sauce is plenty spicy, the green is mild, tart and fresh. Plenty of meat on each taco. Good stuff.
