4 /5 Ben Slomovic: Super friendly and welcoming to this weary traveler. I was given a view of the street so I could keep an eye on my car which was full of work equipment. The salad on my steak was cooked to perfection, the vegetables were fresh, and the house made ranch dressing was excellent - highly recommended for a light dinner. The fried green tomato app was interesting and quite tasty, but the aoli served with it tasted weirdly off - they brought more of the excellent ranch which was much better. It took just a little longer than normal to get a visit from my server, but they apologized profusely which was unnecessary. The tomatoes were taken off my bill since they came out after the salad, which was really above and beyond. I had a porter for dessert - It was a solid beer with a light foamy texture and a roasty, malty flavor. The only real complaint I have about the place was the music on the sound system: it was that loud, slow, angry/depressed type of rock that was popular in the late 90s/early 2000s. It didnt really match the chill vibe of the place...or really most places I know of. Remember, you cant go wrong with happy music! Other than that, the place is solid.
