D Marie We decided to stop at Fat Guys for lunch. A young man, name Benjamin, took our order quickly and efficiently. The pizza I ordered was very fresh, with tasty mushrooms and black olives. The crust was one of the best Ive ever tasted. It was crispy and cooked well. The toppings were plenty, as well as the cheese. Thank you, Benjamin, for your terrific service!

Mary Sampson Great food, good service. The server remembered my family by name. My stepdad has been going here since it opened, and says its his favorite place to eat. I got a French toast with homade fruit topping, of course with the whipped cream. Which dropped off from the nice and hot topping. While my parents got breakfast bowls. These are not normal bowls either. This place beats waffle houses bowls. Made with love.

Steven Shapiro My boyfriend and I are regular customers here. We always order either pork chops empanadas, rice and beans, or the Spanish fried chicken. The food is absolutely amazing! My mother-in-law always asks when we’re ordering more empanadas because she says they’re season-perfect. We’ve tried other places, but none of them compare to what you guys do. I’m so grateful that we have a place here in Carbondale where we can get decent food. We look forward to coming here every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Keep up the good work, and I hope you guys make it big in the area!
