Sue Dukeman My husband &I frequent this Arby’s a lot …however our last few visit were not at the least good!We had a visit on Monday the 19th ,2025.We waited for about 10 minutes for the manager to figure out why the register went down until she asked another employee to come help her.We then . Ordered and waited for our food.we both ordered the Ham & Swiss meal As I opened my sandwich I noticed a burnt smell and took off the bottom side of the roll and saw the roll was brunt to extreme!Why would you still serve this to a customer when it clearly ruined ?I couldn’t even eat it at this point..so my husband took it up to the front and they were not at all what or why we wanted another one???They did end up replacing it.As for the food,the fries are the only thing that is ever hot..not even warm ,never hot!?So disappointed in the service at this Arby’s..will need to find another place to support for a fast food meal!!

Mark Simmons Other than Chi-Chis, I can honestly say I dont recall ever eating Mexican. Ended up here because we went out with good friends and they picked. I had no idea what to order so I went with something timid and mild, Sante Fe chicken. It was very good, not too spicy or anything. It was served with rice and veggies. Everything was great. It was very nice inside, I only deducted 1 star for atmosphere due to being seated directly in front of the front door which opened directly outside to 20 degree air with folks coming in holding the door open. Definitely could use a vestibule if there was room. All six people in our group enjoyed their food very much. The tip was already included on our bill, so remember to check that when you pay. We parked right next to the restaurant in "paid" parking lot, but a nice lady told me I didnt have to pay after 6pm, so I didnt and had no issues. Good experience. Will go back.

Marge Hopkins This is the real deal, casual and easy, a cozy corner bar and restaurant in an established neighborhood. The other patrons were sitting at the bar so we took a seat there too. The bar stools were comfortable and had good foot rests-an important feature for we short girls. We ordered four dogs; two with everything, and two plain. I have had the weirdest experience with "chili dogs." Most are more of a thin sauce with mystery mix made from Worcestershire sauce, mustard, spices, and meat you cant quite identify. These were clearly chili dogs. Mike doesnt skimp on the toppings, the quality of the dogs, or the conversation while seated at the bar. It was like having lunch with a dear friend. The atmosphere is industrial rustic in a good way and very clean. It was the perfect spot to stop in for a bite, and forget about the rush of the day for a while.

Kim Fisher Heiseys Diner in Lebanon, PA is an absolute fantastic find and a true hidden gem! I cant recommend it highly enough—5 stars all the way!

J Yacc Stopped here just on a whim looking for pizza on my travels and this where google took me. All I can say is wow. Had wings pizza and cheese cake and it was fantastic. Enough about food, let’s talk about the owners are the nicest people. You would think I was from the area. They asked about me and were attentive making sure everything was perfect. If I could give them a 6th star I would. Thank you for being a great part of a small community

Daniel Jensen Just because it doesn’t say “ Impossible Burger “ on the menu doesn’t mean it’s not available. Just ask! This location offers impossible burgers as an upgrade to the #1 on the menu. The customer service was impressive. Courteous, helpful, great smile: that was my experience. Solid fast food option across the board.
