Steve S Buffet had a great blend of both American (steak, ham, pizza, etc) and Oriental. Several serving areas so you never had to wait to refill your plate. Wait staff was attentive and quick. Will visit there often.

Kayla Price Very good, love the plantains and avocado. Hot dog was a little weird in the fried rice but everything tasted really good. Green hot sauce was so good. Garlic shrimp was good.

Linda Varvel **Don’t sleep on the fish tacos** I hit up Bakersfield while in Pittsburgh for a work trip. I sat at the bar and was greeted warmly by the bartender who took time to share his personal recommendations with me. I ordered the short rib queso, two tacos, and a salad. For the salad I had the small “Willie” and it was a great option - crunchy, fresh, and a nice dressing. The small was also a lot of salad for the money! For the tacos I had the short rib taco, and the fish taco. I personally loved the fish taco and would have had two of those over the short rib taco had I known how delightful the fish taco would be (crunchy fish, fresh slaw on top…yum!). I paired both tacos with the Bakersfield house made hot sauce. I also enjoyed a honey dew margarita with my meal. I have to say, I thought about that margarita all day the following day. Such great flavor, and freshness. I can’t say enough good about this place. If you’re in Pittsburgh , find it and eat there.

Jai Adair Just went today. Very delicious food, I typically don’t like hibachi vegetables, but the flavor/sauces made me love the hibachi vegetables from here. I got the steak hibachi with noodles instead of rice- 10/10, very delicious. I also got the miso soup, which with this weather, was very comforting. My boyfriend got sushi. He got the Dancing Eel sushi, and gave it a 8.5/10, and said it was very presentable and delicious. The service was so nice, we were asked a few times how we were and what we needed, so that’s always amazing service! A family with children were here before us, and we watched their service and it was impressive. Everyone was so nice as well!

Lissa Carandang-Sweeney SUCH an incredible restaurant and equally incredible catering! The communication from Fire Nashville Hot Chicken was timely and clear and the food spoke for itself! The chicken was juicy and flavorful but the skin was still crispy and tender. Everything was incredibly well seasoned from the sandwiches, to the cheesesteaks, to the tenders and all the apps we received with our catering order were perfectly complimentary to the main chicken dishes. The portion sizes were also generous for the price. Fire Nashville Hot Chicken is definitely a hidden gem to try out!
