5 /5 pentley holmes: Mr. Lee’s is no joke. I came here a few days after visiting another ramen spot just to remind myself that vegetarian ramen can still be elite. That other place had me questioning everything. Mr. Lee’s brought me back to life. They’ve been serving legit ramen since they opened, and while I’ve never been to their other location, this one in Easton has the exact vibe I’m looking for. I always sit at the window, just watching the city pass me by. It’s got that unbothered energy. The kind of place where you can take your time and let the flavor remind you why you came. I always get the same vegetarian ramen with the 60-minute egg. The broth is kicking. Every bowl feels intentional like someone actually cared. It’s flavorful, full bodied, and packed with ingredients that come together like a chorus. And the consistency? They never disappoint. Ever. This time, I noticed a new menu item: cauliflower wings. Being vegetarian, I had to give them a shot. At $15, they were a little steep... especially for the portion size. I was expecting more. But what I got was still worth talking about. Fried to perfection with japanese breadcrumbs and served with blue cheese dressing. I don’t even normally like blue cheese, but I found myself finishing all of it. The wings were light, crispy, and satisfying.. just not quite enough to justify ordering again when my regular ramen bowl is a few bucks more and can easily feed two while the coliflower made me wish there was more. Still, I’m glad I tried them. That’s what I love about this place they’re always evolving, always offering something new, but the core ramen stays strong. Keep going. You’ve never let me down. And I’ll keep pulling up for the bowl that reminds me why I love ramen in the first place.

4 /5 Kyle: Located in the Easton market, plenty of window seating and bar seating for dining in. The ramen here is definitely a little different, but pretty good. They have only a few options, but still have something to offer for everyone. Ramen is full of flavor and the portion is good as well. Definitely worth trying.

5 /5 Eric Montoya: All ingredients taste fresh and the ramen is perfect....the fried chicken is tender and the pork belly is bursting with flavor...service is fast and you can eat anywhere in the market. Center city parking is always a nightmare on the weekends but its worth fighting the traffic and crowds to get to this place!
