Ruby Tuesday - (Near New Castle, PA)

5 /5 Max Downing: We had a great night, I had the NY strip stake and garlic shrimp and my boyfriend had the triple platter with the babyback ribs, steak and shrimp. The steaks were cooked how we requested, the ribs were AMAZING, and the shrimp was all properly cooked and delicious. Our waiter Shamar was amazing, very personable and funny, he made the whole night worth it! Ill definitely make it a point to return to this location, it was an overall great experience!

5 /5 Donald Minteer: My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch. We had an exceptional dining experience. Our waitress Sally was very attentive to our needs, courteous, energetic, and our visit very pleasant. The food was delicious and delivered to our table fresh out of the kitchen.

1 /5 kasaundra bateman: Placed an order online for delivery at 4:24pm had to call the store at 6:10 to see why I never received my food the woman that answered the phone was very rude she told me couldnt help me and that I was more than welcome to come up and get my food I said it will be cold she says yes I said well can I have a refund Im not paying almost 100.00 for cold food that I waited two hours to be delivered she says I have to call the 1800 number so I called them and they dont work on the weekends so I couldnt get a refund so I emailed them and never heard anything back. My food ended up getting picked up at 6:45 and the driver got lost on the way to my house so I didnt get my food till 7:15 and it was a birthday meal for my grandmother I will never recommend this place also the serving sizes of the food were so small compared to other places I have ordered stay away from this place unless u want to be disappointed. Also my mothers steak was not even cooked it was still purple and blue inside.
