The Fairgrounds Hotel - (Near Allentown, PA)

5 /5 Jessica Sauerwine: Fantastic food, great service and hilarious and lovely cat themed pictures all throughout. Staff is very friendly and accommodating when we had a group of 8. The strawberry pie of delicious. We have been here twice now and it has become our go to seafood restaurant.

4 /5 Ursula Kemmerer: Ive lived in Allentown for 52 years and this was my first time here. It was my husbands 55th birthday. He started with a salad. We both got French onion soup. It was thick, almost like gravy. So so delicious. We both ordered chicken parm. The portion was HUGE! The chicken was delish but the pasta was bland. It came with mixed veggies. They were sorta hard. We shared a piece of strawberry pie. It was SLAMMIN!!! They brought the pie with a candle and sang happy birthday. I didnt ask them to do it. Our waitress heard me mention his birthday. It was such a nice gesture. The bill was fair. Plus I had a clip coupon (which is what brought us here) I will definitely be back. *make a reservation

5 /5 Jay: Kept seeing this place pop up on. Facebook so decided to go check it out. ....WOW! The parking lot is a bit tight but was pleased to see they had one, stepping inside this place and seeing the mix of the beautiful old building very tastfully done up mixed with the modern cat decor made me like it from the start! We were seated in the small back dining room which i was perfect for me! The menu was very impressive!!......but I knew before I arrived i was getting the lobster flight. It comes with soup or salad, starch and veggies. It was absolutely awsome!!! The staff was very friendly and attentive. I was hoping to see the owner passing through during dinner, but no luck this visit. I will definitely be returning here soon to try out more menu options, overall I have to say this has to be the best seafood restaurant Ive been in around this area yet between the menu options and service.... Highly recommend trying it out!!

5 /5 Thomas Titus: We e didnt have a reservation but we stated we came from an hour away and the host Eddie said let em see what I can do. He seated us in the outside area in the shade. The service atmosphere and food were all phenomenal highly recommend 5 star. The French onion sea hag soup was my favorite I would go back just for that. We got the strawberry pie for the road and ate when we got home. This place did not disappoint we will certainly be back.

5 /5 Jason Messerschmidt: Overall amazing food and experience! First time we have gone and it certainly won’t be the last. Dinner with a group of 9, service was amazing from start to finish, food was amazing, the strawberry pie dessert is unreal! Everyone ate so much and still had left overs to take home, well done to the entire staff! If your thinking about going to the Fairgrounds Hotel for dinner stop thinking, make a reservation and GO!
