5 /5 Dianna Radzinski: While its a bustling place, its very cozy and not overly loud. Our waitress (Bri) really went above and beyond; pouring wine and dividing plates shared where possible. The dishes were outstanding. Highly recommend beet salad and the paella.

5 /5 Kevin F: Great night with friends. Fun atmosphere. Fantastic service from Julian and delicious food. Appreciated Julians suggestion of ordering a pair of Burrata Caprese so the kitchen could split it into 4 portions, giving each of us a great starter! The Moussaka with short rib ragu was exceptionally delicious. Crispy fried eggplant with a luxurious slow cooked short rib sauce and creamy bechamel was incredibly. Great cocktails made a terrific evening with good friends

5 /5 A J: Forgive my photo as I forgot to take a picture before I drenched my salad in Caesar and dug in. This restaurant has my heart in regard to Caesar salads. The chicken is always fresh and juicy, their croutons are just amazing and so full of flavor, lettuce is always fresh, their dressing perfect. The bao buns here are also delicious, along with their pirogies, along with their everything… The aesthetic of the restaurant itself is very lovely, however very small leaving me to only order out instead of dine in due to the long lines and noise level. If youre dining in I would certainly reserve ahead of time or show up as early as your appetite can manage.

4 /5 Thomas Vincent: Weve been to the Shelby several times over the years and they are always consistent. Service was excellent...prompt, always checking on us, friendly. We went with another couple. My wife and her friend shared the Paella, her husband had the pork chop with a double bone! I had the short rib "moussaka". I put that in quotes because its not a traditional moussaka, but its their spin on the dish. The Paella had very good flavor seafood was cooked to perfection, and was presented in a attractive double handle pan. My wife said the chorizo was the star of the dish. The Pork chop was very flavorful, it tasted like it had been brined, and the seasoning was just right. However, it was just slightly overcooked so it came out a little on the dry side. My moussaka had excellent flavor, and their short rib is always very tasty. The short rib was intermingled with lightly breaded and fried eggplant, and the whole dish was surrounded by a very tasty bechamel sauce. The only suggestion I would have would be to add a little more salt to the dish (this could just be personal preference). We didnt have dessert this time. Oh I forgot the appetizers. My wife and I shared the short rib bao buns. Excellent. Our friends had the mussels and they were also excellent except one mussel was bad and my friend accidentally ate it. The bill came out to $218 after a $40 tip. 2 appetizers, 3 mains, 5 drinks. I will go back. Sorry for the bad pictures... I accidentally had my phone on portrait mode.

5 /5 Just Witty: Stopped into The Shelby for an unplanned dinner and was seated almost right away. The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The drinks were excellent, and the food was just as impressive. My wife and I started with the wings, which were cooked perfectly, tender, flavorful, and falling right off the bone. We both ordered burgers after that, and they were equally top-notch. The second patio dining area was open during our visit, offering a relaxed, stylish atmosphere that was a bit quieter than the main dining space, perfect for conversation. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back.
