Nick Krivosh A new, very nice and modern restaurant with a sushi bar and great cocktails. The Tokyo Drift and their Old Fashions were delicious.
Their sushi rolls and shareables were all great, especially their wings and seared salmon. The menu was quite large with a lot of different sushi, small plates and some large plates to choose from. The servers were all great and very attentive as well.
Ill definitely have to come back and try their Japanese saki.

ashley howerton Another cute little local bar. The food was so good and the drinks were good too.
The atmosphere was decorated and set up so cute and was pretty quiet.
Got the whipped feta dip and an expresso martini.
10/10 for the dip & 5/10 for the martini.

K Surace Upscale modern atmosphere and great service. Lunch hours were very quiet. Easy parking. Stopped in for lunch; really enjoyed the smash burger and order of hand cut style fries. Strawberry salad with added chicken was delicious. Prices seemed reasonable for quality of food.

Deanna Vasso I recently had my wedding at Fegley’s (9/21/25) and I highly recommend. We had a smaller wedding with a little more than 50 people and really felt like the place fit our vibe. Especially because we included a beer blending unity ceremony. Dominic was our main point of contact and he was great to work with and answered all my million and one questions. He was especially helpful as we stumbled our way through figuring out our rehearsal. (On the day of too!) All of my guests raved about the food. One even said it was the best wedding food they ever had. I couldn’t have been happier as the team here was so professional and made our day go off without a hitch.

B Alexis We first visited this bar on a Sunday evening after a game and had a really good experience. The bartender was friendly, the atmosphere was nice, and we enjoyed both a beer and a cocktail.
A later visit during a special event did not fully meet our expectations, but our regular visit to the bar had been very pleasant overall, with good drinks and a welcoming atmosphere.
After leaving my review, the staff reached out and showed that they genuinely listen to customer feedback. They handled the situation in a very professional and thoughtful way, which shows that they truly care about their customers and do their best to make things right. For this reason, I would definitely recommend the bar.

Abby Moliski We loved everything about this place. The food was amazing, we got the appetizer platter which was honestly the perfect amount of food for 4 of us along with the falafel spread. 4 people fed for a little over $60, amazing food and atmosphere! Definitely worth a visit. The staff was also very friendly and attentive.

Scot Rosenzweig Mix matched Chairs. Linen napkins and tablecloths add a bit of class. Some of the best calamari Ive ever had and having previously been a chef specializing in seafood, Im a bit of a critic when it comes to calamari. Theres was perfectly cooked not chewy crispy coating. The seafood soup was a huge portion and had tons of flavor packed into it.

Daniel Huang-Talbot Food here is excellent and some of the best fine dining in the Lehigh Valley but is relaxed and unpretentious. This restaurant has supplanted other long standing options in the region for our family.
Serving staff is very flexible and courteous. Everything was flavorful from the bread basket to the affrogatto. Clean beer taps make a difference and this restaurant attends to that very closely.
Sandwiches are wonderful but the French Dip stands out. The steaks are well presented and cooked to proper temperature. Seafood is oddly on point given the geography of the Lehigh Valley.
The restaurant is well managed and inside a Hyatt hotel. I mentioned to my Hyatt Globalist concierge that the food here is superior to the menu at their flagship Park Hyatt in NYC. I know this is the hottest of takes but its probably the best hotel restaurant in the entire Mid-Atlantic region.
We had many special occasions celebrated here and there is great recognition of your celebration. I was shocked when the bartender looked into my hotel account and successfully mixed the cocktail listed as my favorite despite missing one crucial ingredient.
I was derelict in taking over a year to post this review since our wedding celebration here. Shout out to Bella the server for handling our special day. You are a credit to the Hyatt brand and its commitment to welcoming anyone into their properties.
