seoul korean cuisine

Seoul Korean Cuisine - Lubbock

Rating: 4.8 /5
Stellar Kruize Perfect spot for some amazing Korean! This is an absolute gem of a place! This will be my go to spot when doing any further work/business in Lubbock. Hands down the best bulgogi Ive had. The kimbap was fresh and delicious! The salad was very good as well and the side dishes that come with the bulgogi were each very tasty also! The portions are very big too, so the price is absolutely justified. Ive seen too many places that skimp on sizes and charge the same prices this place does. I was very warmly welcomed and offered more knowledge about Korean food as well! The decor is great there and I got to bask in some sunlight while enjoying the absolutely delicious food!

Cafe India - Flower Mound

pramod kumar Café India in Flower Mound is my new go-to for a legit Andhra-style thali. It’s spicy, tangy, and loaded with flavor—exactly how it should be. The thali feels like a mini food festival: pappu, rasam, curries, pickles, and that little sweet bite at the end. Everything tastes fresh, not watered down, and the heat level is just right. Bonus points for their shrimp—juicy and tossed in a punchy masala. If you’re craving real South Indian vibes in a chill spot, this place delivers.

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store - Lufkin

Rating: 4.2 /5
SGTTREV "Stopped by the Cracker Barrel in Lufkin for a solid country breakfast and it did not disappoint. I ordered Grandma’s Holiday Sampler (Grandmas Plate) and it was exactly the kind of comfort food I was looking for. What really made the visit stand out, though, was our waitress, Cortney. She was incredibly friendly and provided top-tier customer service. It’s rare to find service this genuine these days—the management team there should be very proud to have her on the team! If youre stopping through Lufkin, ask for Cortney."

Fiesta Viva Mexican Street Food - Pearland

Rating: 4.7 /5
John Gorman Excellent service and clean. I had the tostada with lettuce instead of cabbage. Super crunchy tortilla with beans, lettuce, beef, cheese and avacado. My wife had the nachos(special order) with beans, cheese and beef. The tosatda tortilla and the chips for the nachos are made and fried in house and are well above the quality of most. My wife is always in search of great nachos and she wasnt disappointed. I also had a couple of carne asada street tacos that I would recommend. Definitely better quality meat that what we usually get elsewhere with fajita beef. Overall experience was better than average and we will return.

Katherine B Best chicken and waffles Ive ever had !!!!!!!!!!!!! Yummy! Post trip edit: It took a little bit of time to get sat with a group of our size but both waitresses were very prompt with getting us taken care of! I wish I got the ladies names since they did such a great job! A read headed woman and a brunette. Both ladies were so friendly and made our visit even more enjoyable! The mimosas were PERFECT! I loved the mason jars for all our drinks too, I feel like it makes it taste better haha While the chicken and waffles are my personal highlight of the day, all the extra sides I got to taste were great! The biscuit was HUGE and made perfectly. Buttery and salty, dense but still very moist. Fried green tomatoes were delicious and so were the sweet potato fries! Our group will be coming back asap!!

Bilia Eatery - Castle Hills

Luis Carrasco Bilia is an absolute gem! The food is bursting with authentic Latin American flavor. I tried the arepas, chicken soup, chicharrones with guacamole, and their fresh guava lemonade — everything was delicious, refreshing, and made with care. The happy hour with sangria is unbeatable. The background music and warm aesthetics set the perfect vibe, and the arquitectura instantly transports you back to Latin America. This place is truly a gold mine in the entire state of Texas. A must-visit!
