5 /5 James Sattiewhite: I ordered a beef rib, a pound of brisket, the dirty rice, and the macaroni and cheese. Everything was really good! While I personally prefer my brisket to be more on the moist side than lean, theirs was still flavorful and enjoyable. The real shining star was the beef rib—it was immensely flavorful, tender, and absolutely incredible.
The dirty rice had a bold flavor with a nice little kick, which paired perfectly with the meats. The macaroni and cheese was creamy and comforting, and I loved that they used the larger noodles. It could have used just a touch more pepper for my taste, but it was still very good.
Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be going back. 9ers BBQ in Richmond is well worth a visit!
