5 /5 Abelardo Torres: Stopped by A&J Williams BBQ food truck yesterday and tried the brisket, ribs, and ham — all three were tender, smoky, and full of flavor. The brisket practically melted in my mouth, the ribs had a perfect smoky bark, and the ham was juicy with just the right amount of seasoning. The BBQ beans had a nice sweet-and-savory balance, they included potato salad as well but Im not a potato salad person, still good though — great sides to round out the plate. For about $20 with tip, I walked away full and satisfied. If you’re looking for solid BBQ at a fair price, A&J Williams BBQ definitely hits the spot. I’ll be back for sure.

5 /5 Jim Adams: As others have said, easily the BEST BBQ in Gville! Good prices, plenty of food and really nice folks to boot! They also sell whole smoked briskets and racks of ribs so if you need to supply food to a party, this is the place to go! Call before you go, sometimes theyre out and about in Gville parked at various businesses instead of their home address on Lee st. Ill definitely be back.

5 /5 Kristen Montgomery: We finally got to try A&J Williams BBQ today and it was absolutely delicious! We got a 4 meat plate of double ribs, brisket and chicken with a side of beans and potato salad. First impression, the service was amazing, very friendly. The amount of food we got was insane! I know we got a 4 meat plate but boy was it heavy, like 5 pounds! The ribs were so tender and fall off the bone, the brisket was delicious and it just fell apart when I tried to pick up a piece, and the chicken was juicy and so flavorful! I don’t get bbq chicken because it’s usually dried out, but not this one. As far as the sides, I was surprised at how delicious they were. Usually sides at a bbq place are kind of an afterthought and not that good, but the potato salad was some of the best I’ve had, and same goes for the beans, I would actually rank the beans as the best bbq beans I’ve ever had! Hands down, the best bbq in Greenville. I would actually say this is the best bbq in hunt county! We will definitely be back and this is now where we will take people for bbq! 10 out of 10 delicious!

5 /5 Matt Dworaczyk: First time trying their BBQ today and it was absolutely amazing! I got a 3 meat plate and I have enough leftovers for lunch this weekend. Brisket was super tender, ribs were cooked perfectly, and the ET links were awesome. The sauce was good, but you honestly dont need it. Cant wait for you guys to bring your truck back to my workplace!
